Ett bra hotell med trevlig personal. Ligger ganska bra till och tyst och bra på nätterna. Bra pool på taket med underbar utsikt. Nära till barer och restauranger. Rummet va lite för åldrigt och bör kanske piffas upp en aning men som helhet ett bra hotell. Kan rekommenderas!.

Accueil efficace, logement de type "hotel" donc un peu à l'étroit pour 4 personnes mais efficace si ce n'est que pour dormir, à quelques minutes à pied du métro qui est à quelques stations du centre touristique de Lisbonne ! Stationnement disponible sur place. Piscine sur le toit avec bar, agréable d'y passer un moment avec une belle vue.

The Holiday Inn Lisbon IHG was a good stay. It was close to a lot of easy walking to convience stores and dining. The rooftop pool provided a great view of the city. The bar served cold drinks, beer and ice cream. We didn't try any of the rooftop food options. I don't recall seeing it advertised, but the hotel restaurant did provide a daily buffet option (€24 during our time of stay) in addition to the à la carte menu. The buffet was different every night and served a variety of Portuguese dishes. The check-in staff and the restaurant staff were very polite and helpful.

The parking lot is a nightmare with super tight corners/angles to manipulate, requiring backing up and going forward. Hardly easy after a day of driving in unfamiliar areas. Leaving was slightly easier than entering. However, the driveway is one lane. A staff person at the top has to signal with a red or green light whether it is safe to go. The staff person was distracted, whatever, and we waited and waited for a green light. Finally someone got out of the car and walked to the top to get this problem taken care of. Also the breakfast food was terrible. An array of food was offered. It was all bad. The room was fine, though it was very hard to use the television in my room. Very difficult to get it to turn on, and then very difficult to change channels. I eventually just turned it off. Soooo, the hotel was okay for the night we spent there, but definitely flawed.

It was an ok place. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices. The restaurant and bar were nice. Parking was convenient, we rented a car and the fee was ok, 10 euros per night. The room had a refrigerator with several items, including alcohol and the prices were not reasonable. The staff were welcoming and courteous.

Het hotel de kamers en ontbijt goed. Het zwembad is niet schoon water ook niet er zou een betere zuiveringsinstallatie moeten zijn. Voor een zwembad dat niet erg diep is 1.20 m en je amper je voeten op de bodem ziet is dit wel slecht.

A bit far from the bus tour stop and amenities, but overall a great stay. The hotel was clean and quiet, with a lovely rooftop pool and lounge area. The little bar was nice for evening drinks, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety.

This property was ok. Pool was not open and pool bar closed at 7:30 so couldn’t enjoy the views. They have charged me for a hold and still have NOT put the money back in my account. A hold, another payment then a correction and then full payment. Have ignored my messages.

Shower is falling apart. Stains in the tub. Asked twice to clean and maintenance guy came in took picture and left. Big broken window of the balcony. Looks like a crime scene. Told them about it. They said they ordered the Window. Didn’t offer to change our room or upgrade us or give us a discount. Hotel first floor is under renovation but it needs major renovation. Staff are friendly. Location is ok

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with the room kept tidy and fresh every day. I appreciated that new towels were provided daily. One thoughtful detail I really liked was that the room service staff returned the coins we accidentally dropped by placing them neatly back on the bed — a small but meaningful gesture. The air conditioner worked very well, keeping the room comfortable throughout the stay. Overall, a great experience.

My family stayed at the Holiday Inn Lisbon on the last night of a two week Portugal trip before we flew back to Canada. The staff and check in seemed good. My wife, kids and I got to the room and my wife commented about mold on the Mirror. Unfortunately, I was too busy trying to make sure we had everything prepared for the flight the next day and then went and returned the rental car. When I got back we had dinner and went for walk in the area to see Lisbon. Upon our return, the kids got settled into bed to go to sleep before our long 24 hour travel day back to the west coast of Canada. It is shortly after that I see the mold my wife was talking about. What I thought was just a little mold on the edge of the mirror was actually almost a 2 foot by 2 foot section of the mirror in the hallway covered by mold. It was disgusting. As the kids were asleep and we were only staying one night I didn't want to make a big deal of it. The next day at check out I spoke to the counter person about it. They asked for me to email them pictures I took and manager would get back to me. I didn't hear anything from. I have a number of issues with this: - The mold is so bad why not remove the mirror. A room with no mirror in the hallway would be better - When we checked in, the front desk person must know the condition of the room. Why would they give me that room when the hotel is not sold out. Is it because I didn't book direct? - Manager never contacted me.

The room was clean, but this hotel has seen better days. Beyond being outdated the furniture in these rooms had seen better days. Threadbare chairs and couch. A spring mattress that felt like it had been around for quite some time. Sheets, blankets, towels could use a refresh. Technology for entertainment can be improved - only live TV with no option to connect your device/stream. It was fine for one night before flying out, but I wouldn't make this a location for my primary stay. Location is good for airport, but not very central to tourist destinations.

Staff was great, room was good, bed was very comfortable but I was woken up often during the night and early morning because you can hear every step outside the room and cleaners vacuuming. The decor is quite 90´s but the hotel is great value for money.

This hotel is in a nice area near some decent restaurants. The breakfast buffet is really nice a but expensive but worth it. The room is ok, clean, but noisy. There were issues with the elevators malfunctioning. One elevator made a noise all night that we could hear in the room and it sounded like a jackhammer every 5 minutes.

Check-in allowed us to store the bags as we were early. They did the full check-in while we toured the city. The room card was provided upon returning. The room was clean but dated. The hotel was chosen due to location, breakfast, and parking. The parking garage was under repair, but the city had a lot with 100 meters. We reserved a spot. Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was great. Location was perfect for using the Metro. Cons: the mattresses and rooms are dated.

All beds are double...no queen,.no king. Comfy but double. Other than that all good. Good hotel, great location despite proximity to airport. A bit far from old town if that's what you are looking for. The area is great for shopping, dinning, walking around. Kinda regular neighborhood outside the old area.

I'm glad I chose to stay here. We had a wonderful experience. The front staff were really helpful and friendly. They always greeted us and when we asked for additional pillows and teacups, they provided it. We had breakfast included which was full of selections from pastries to eggs to breads to hot foods etc, same with drinks, there were options available. Another bonus was that the hotel had a luggage scale in the corner so we were able to weigh our suitcases before heading to the airport. The area is quiet and easy for Uber pick ups and drop offs. There is a pool on the terrace which is lovely place to chill. They also offer drinks and food. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone going to Lisbon.

We received a call from the desk after midnight to say they received a noise complaint from our room. My friend and I were sleeping. The caller apologized for waking us up. Next morning the front desk was unaware of the incident. They were very helpful in arranging taxis and giving directions to our group.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. They went above and beyond in our stay we were welcomed with fizz and port with a beautiful note and cake to wish us happy wedding anniversary. The cleaner daily was in the room cleaning top to bottom and the breakfast and waiting staff couldn’t do enough for us. Great location close to metro and not far in a taxi to the airport. Would recommend to anyone.

The room was clean, but this hotel has seen better days. Beyond being outdated the furniture in these rooms had seen better days. Threadbare chairs and couch. A spring mattress that felt like it had been around for quite some time. Sheets, blankets, towels could use a refresh. Technology for entertainment can be improved - only live TV with no option to connect your device/stream. It was fine for one night before flying out, but I wouldn't make this a location for my primary stay. Location is good for airport, but not very central to tourist destinations.

I was a little worried that we were off the beaten path of the downtown area, but I’m so happy that we chose this hotel. Getting downtown was an Uber ride away and where we were was a very quiet area and much appreciated. The staff was excellent every single one from the desk to the restaurant All super.

In advance of booking I was assured there would be vegan options for breakfast in particular pastries. This was not the case when we arrived. Also at the time of booking we were not made aware of building works outside the hotel and our room was opposite the works and the noise was relentless during the daytime which made it difficult with an 18 month old baby

We are from Canada and would not go back. Our room was in poor condition, window had a crack all the way through it and was taped up. Sliding glass door didn’t open. Breakfast was cold with runny eggs, toaster didn’t work. We do a lot of travelling mostly through Mexico so our standards are pretty easy going - for the price of this hotel we for sure would not go back.

L'accueil et le professionnalisme des employés.es était excellent, rapide et proactif. Par contre, le rapport qualité-prix était décevant considérant que nous avons eu une chambre ordinaire pour le prix. Les photos sur Expédia ne représentaient pas tout à fait la réalité (piscine, chambres....). Les heures d'ouverture de la piscine et de la terrasse se terminent à 20:30, ce qui ne permet pas de profiter de ce qu'on nous a vendu sur les photos et de ce qu'on voulait pour notre fin de voyage. C'est-à-dire profiter des soirées sur la terrasse. Nous avons été quelques familles à partager cette opinion. Le déjeuner sur place était au delà des attentes, mais le déjeuner (type boîte à lunch) tôt le matin pour le départ vers l'aéroport était décevant pour le prix. Les humains qui travaillent au sein de cet établissement sont un grand wow! Nous tenons à le dire. Avenants, souriants, patients...là n'est pas le problème.

The property was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The free buffet breakfast was fresh every morning and was delicious with a variety. The dinner buffet and menu items were both very delicious. The only thing that was a mild inconvenience was that we had to asked for wash cloths which the hotel didn't have but we were given hand towels instead but every time our rooms were cleaned we had to asked for the hand towels to bathe.. The hotel is not too far from the airport, and it's not too far from the city center either. It's located near the metro station and several busses service the area as well.

Lit trop petit, chambre mal insonorisée. Salle de petit déjeuner trop petite pour le nombres de clients, beaucoup d'attente pour etre placé et le personnel a du mal à suivre le rythme (nourriture et couverts). Certains personnels sont tendus par cette situation et nous le font bien ressentir. Notre porte de chambre est restée ouverte apres le ménage.

Rooms were silent with a good view (I pushed to get high floor after firs two days lowest floor) aircon is silent and efficent also at 38C with low fan and no wind on your face when sleeping. A bit to few sockts and they were low quality meaning that some plugs cant be inserted or need much messing to get in. Restaurant wasnt great, went to center for that. The roof top I looked forward to was closed, so not evening work there and seeing planes landing at the near airport. There is not a lot around. It is a nice hotel though and probably one of the absolutely top in the area, and the obvious choice for work at the technical institute.

We stayed at this hotel on our last night of our recent trip to Portugal. We had wanted to stay at a place close to the airport as we had to be there early for our flight home. We entered the inviting lobby to be greeted by friendly staff. We were easily assisted and checked in. The room we stayed in was a large well lit area. It had a balcony and patio, though we didn’t use it, was a nice surprise. The Bathroom was roomy, had lots of large soft bath sheets and had bath! This had been uncommon on our recent travels. This was a welcome appreciated relaxing option prior to a long travel home. I will say we chose a hotel chain we were familiar with as we had certain expectations usually included in previous stays. We were hopeful that if time permitted we would have breakfast in the morning of our departure. The breakfast was NOT included in the price of our stay though it was available in the area off of the sitting/gathering area. The price we had paid, we felt should have included the breakfast available in the hotel. The cost was high and with four travellers though it would have been very convenient, we opted to Not eat at the hotel before leaving for the airport the morning of our departure.
