Great valet service and complimentary late checkout at 2 pm. Dining was good and my child enjoyed the breakfast options. Room was clean but wish a suite were available for a bit more (not a lot, lot more) cost.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was stunningly beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get to explore the rooftop, but that’s okay. Just a heads up, due to the hotels location, parking is not an option. So, if you’re planning to stay here, you’ll need to pay for valet service. But don’t worry, getting your car from valet was a breeze. You just click the provided link and request your car in advance if you know you’ll be leaving soon.

Russell, a check-in was phenomenal. The property, a renovated commercial building in downtown Indianapolis, is superb, and I’m from New York City. The room, the bars, the restaurant the rooftop lounge, all stellar I want to move here just to stay at this hotel! Russell at the front desk And his colleague were especially welcoming upon my check in.

My wife and I loved the property. Our room was clean and the floor was quiet and gave a sense of privacy. Breakfast was excellent prior to check out. Staff was very hospitable. However, our room was facing one of the main strips of traffic and at night it was very lively. During the week it may be a different experience, but on the weekend a room away from the main strip I would not recommend.

The room did not have a refrigerator as a default amenity. You have to ask for one. Instead, they have a chiller with mini-bar drinks at outrageous prices. We were OK'd by staff to take the minibar contents out of the chiller and use that as our fridge. Also, with the exuberant pricing for a basic room, they do not even provide drink tickets or any discounts on their restaurants. The price makes me left feeling like I was paying for bougie accents, a marble shower, and fancy light fixtures. We didn't have a refrigerator, microwave, or other amenities that basic hotels include for a fraction of the price.

Staff was terrible went for dinner forgot part of the order until after the first part was delivered I had to wait for the second part to come. waiter was too busy visiting with other staff to bother to check or take our order in a reasonable manner ordered room service breakfast and after a very long time phone down and they said oh we just got it now we can work on it right this minute if you like. Checked out never to return again. A very disappointing stay for what should’ve been one of the higher hotels in the city

Staff was terrible went for dinner forgot part of the order until after the first part was delivered I had to wait for the second part to come. waiter was too busy visiting with other staff to bother to check or take our order in a reasonable manner ordered room service breakfast and after a very long time phone down and they said oh we just got it now we can work on it right this minute if you like. Checked out never to return again. A very disappointing stay for what should’ve been one of the higher hotels in the city

Great valet service and complimentary late checkout at 2 pm. Dining was good and my child enjoyed the breakfast options. Room was clean but wish a suite were available for a bit more (not a lot, lot more) cost.

Russell, a check-in was phenomenal. The property, a renovated commercial building in downtown Indianapolis, is superb, and I’m from New York City. The room, the bars, the restaurant the rooftop lounge, all stellar I want to move here just to stay at this hotel! Russell at the front desk And his colleague were especially welcoming upon my check in.

The room did not have a refrigerator as a default amenity. You have to ask for one. Instead, they have a chiller with mini-bar drinks at outrageous prices. We were OK'd by staff to take the minibar contents out of the chiller and use that as our fridge. Also, with the exuberant pricing for a basic room, they do not even provide drink tickets or any discounts on their restaurants. The price makes me left feeling like I was paying for bougie accents, a marble shower, and fancy light fixtures. We didn't have a refrigerator, microwave, or other amenities that basic hotels include for a fraction of the price.

My wife and I loved the property. Our room was clean and the floor was quiet and gave a sense of privacy. Breakfast was excellent prior to check out. Staff was very hospitable. This was the most relaxing experiences I could have ever asked for. We got a flat tire before we got to the city and they were so kind to get us checked in early and then direct us to the closest tire place to get everything fixed up. I don’t think I touched a single door once getting in and out of the place they were always there to help open the doors and get the elevator. I would go back to Indianapolis just to stay there!!

After we found our way to the second floor for main lobby, the staff was very helpful. Our room was very nice and clean and despite some confusion with elevators I felt very secure with how they worked. After we returned from our event we were in town for, we had a hard time falling asleep feeling like we were on set of a Fast and Furious movie until 2 am. No amount of tv or music could drown out the loud mufflers, racing cars, and loud music, despite being several floors up. It felt as if I were on ground level with a window open. Several others complained downstairs during checkout as well. I know its not on the hotel itself, but for the price we paid for the visit, a good night's sleep would've been nice. Not even sure if some sort of thicker sound blocking window option is a thing, but if so they should invest. We only stayed one day but I drove home exhausted! Maybe during the week is better than a Saturday night. Was excited to check out the rooftop for brunch but there was an event going on.

This was a special weekend for our birthdays. Hotel is clean and spacious. Staff is super. Our room was closer to the elevator so was noisy at times. In general a little over priced compared to like hotels. Probably would not stay again when there are comparable hotels at a lower price.

We love this hotel. This time around, our room was not as clean as we are used to. There was dust in the restroom and wasn’t as pristine as has been our past experiences here.
