It was clean and the bed was nice but the rooms were very basic with no phone and the internet did go off one time along with the tv cable. The room was dark and all the wall lights were broken and did not work. There is no restaurant on site except for this grocery store that would prepare very limited items which was not that good.

Loved this hotel! It was charming and we loved the vibe. We had fun sitting around the fire pits in the evenings sipping on drinks and taking in the atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. This will be our go to hotel when we visit our kids at NAU in flagstaff.

It was a bad experience. We booked a courtyard facing room but were told that they were oversold and would get a parking facing room. We were told that to compensate, the hotel would take off $10 per day of room price difference and $20 per day of resort fee. At checkout, the person told us that only $20 per day of resort fee would be waived. And a $10 refund would not happen as I booked via a third party and implied that I booked via a third party to get a cheaper price and thus making it difficult for them.
