House is very clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very convenient and great location. 5 stars

Positives: Close to town Modern inside Negatives: I was contacted to ask for my number before my visit and told the host would be in touch nearer my stay. I asked for some recommendations in the area but I received no response. On the day of check in I messaged just to confirm I was due to be checking in today, I did receive a response this time around midday advising check in time is at 3pm then at 2.50pm a message to say we could check in. We stayed during a heatwave and the house is a mid terrace. It was unbearable warm and we couldn't sleep, I messaged the host to ask if we could borrow a fan but they never responded. Their check in message said to contact them at any time via call or text but they failed to provide their number and I could only message via hotels.com. I also messaged to say we'd checked out at 9am only to receive a message reminding me to checkout today before 11am at 4pm... The house is on the main road and the double glazing appears to do nothing, the front bedroom therefore is incredibly noisy so if you're not used to constant traffic noise I would not recommend it. We would have stayed in one of the other rooms but one was in the top of house so was much warmer and the other much smaller so again very warm. The only bathroom is on the ground floor, this may cause issue for some especially as the stairs are quite steep.

A lovely house, very well presented. I would definitely come back if I was staying in the area again.
