Clean and quiet a great place to stay - I liked the no contact check in process. Our key code number didn’t work but a call quickly resolved it. Keurig in room with teas and coffee. Played in the pool and hot tub. Overall great experience.

The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. Not much service after 5:30 pm, and the fact that they closed the pool an hour early for their own convenience was annoying. Still, the property is very clean and very well cared for.

While the property is unique (check in process), it is a great value for the area, well kept and stocked, clean and newer. Be prepared to use a non-traditional checkin, online rather than traditional front desk, master that and you have a nice quiet clean comfortable property with numerous amenities to enjoy. The only gotcha to consider is, no elevator to second story, but full accessible to first floor rooms and amenities. Any support required was quickly responded to.

Terrible experience. Health hazard if you are prone to headaches due to the piped in overly strong fragrance that permeates every corner of the room. No windows. No way out. Had to check out after only one night stay of a three night prepaid stay do you think we got a dime back, not on your life.

Very nice place. Very comfortable and clean room. The bed was fabulous! The cleaning solution smell was a bit overwhelming though. No staff on site- we got check in instructions via text. But we didn’t need any help. I’d stay here again.

My husband and I loved and appreciated our stay at the Lodge. It was a great place to rest during a quick 3-day trip around Chelan/Manson. The Lodge had just about everything we needed, including toiletries, hairdryer, microwave, fridge, game room, pool, and beach towels. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Super easy parking and check in. Although there were not many staff members on site, it was fine for a short visit. Some things to consider: - I would have preferred our room to be cleaned during the stay, but we were told there wasn’t enough staff available to get to our room that day (we were at the very end of the hall). They did change out our towels at our request which was very nice. - Water bottles would also have been a plus so we could’ve utilized the coffee/coffee maker that was provided! - Lastly, the bed mattresses caved down too much in the center of both the queens. Very little support for our backs. The sheets were very, very comfortable though! Overall, we both agreed we would probably stay here again on our next visit.

The property is away from the main drag, so it wat quiet and peaceful. The beds were super comfortable and we each had four pillows. The staff was amazing. We will definitely stay again.

Felt like the price did not reflect the hotel. Was not expecting tissue paper toilet paper and tissues, not able to take hangers off the rod, lack of views (even though advertised differently). Staff great, hotel clean but very basic amenities for cost. Also, sounded like an alarm clock going off at 5am in our adjoining room. Continued for about an hour each day so we were awaken and unable to get back to sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable however, there was no hairdryer and bathroom exhaust fan was inoperable. The staff all go home at 5;30. Before we left home we had issues with precheckin link not working therefore not being able to submit driver license to receive door code. Some phone calls later that was resolved and key code was granted however when we arrived (after daytime staff left) the key code didn’t work😖. We are hot and tired and can’t get into our room and no staff to help….more phone calls to ther remote management and we received another code that did work. We stay in hotels rather than airbnbs precisely for this reason…there should be staff onsite to immediately help with issues such as missing hairdryers and inoperable door locks. Also the handicap door opener didn’t work…sorry for wheelchair or walker folks.

I booked this hotel for two nights but checked out after the first night because the experience was awful. When I arrived at 4:30 pm, I was given a room code, only to find the door open and dirty towels everywhere—the room hadn’t even been cleaned. I had to leave the wedding to move all my belongings while staff stood by watching. The hotel provides no safes, and in the rush I lost my gold necklace. The next morning, I checked out early and forfeited my second night. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and stay anywhere else.

The hotel itself is new, so nothing wrong with hotel, but staff is either not there at all or very dismissive. I asked for towels and they told me to go find the housekeeping lady. Many times during our stay there was no one upfront at all (during working hours) one time we had our towels replaced during our 4 night stay

The property location is excellent with many options close to the resort. The resort is clean and well kept. There are no food options on site but within a ten minute walk have almost anything one would like. There is no staff on site after 5:00 PM so it would be wise to prepare any needed services prior.

Good Property, Terrible Management Company. The check in process was entirely botched! Check in information and access code was not provided, despite all information requirements being met early. Texts and emails to management were not answered. Telephone calls were not answered, even after several minutes on on hold but were instead diverted to voice mail that was never answered. After repeated calls to the management company number provided, we finally got someone to answer the phone and send the necessary access codes, albeit long after check in time. What a joke! Good Property, Terrible Management Company. The check in process was entirely botched! Check in information and access code was not provided, despite all information requirements being met early. Texts and emails to management were not answered. Telephone calls were not answered, even after several minutes on on hold but were instead diverted to voice mail that was never answered. After repeated calls to the management company number provided, we finally got someone to answer the phone and send the necessary access codes, albeit long after check in time. What a joke! Part of any travel experience is meeting and talking to people. There was no one at the desk when I arrived, no one at the desk when I had Wifi connectivity issues, no one at the desk when I wanted to ask about dinner recommendations. My understanding is the desk was staffed in the middle of the day, when I was out. While the staff on the phones were nice, they weren't readily available. I had to call, leave a message and wait for them to return my call. I understand saving costs, but this is too extreme. I'll be looking for a hotel stay outside of your chain next time. I enjoy people.

The property location is excellent with many options close to the resort. The resort is clean and well kept. There are no food options on site but within a ten minute walk have almost anything one would like. There is no staff on site after 5:00 PM so it would be wise to prepare any needed services prior.

I was very disappointed with the property. It was not close to the water. I asked for a top floor room and got put on the first floor which I did not like at all. Unable to open the curtain because it was right alongside a walkway, so it was like a cave. Yuck. I will not stay here again.

I seriously cannot wait to go back. We are already looking at our schedules to book another trip. This hotel was perfect. It was clean. It was nice. The pool was amazing and walking distance to all of downtown Manson, which was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

The Lodge was a nice quiet and clean hotel that we stayed at for two nights right in downtown Manson. We were in town for a wedding in Lake Chelan and it was a great spot to stay that was about 10 minutes from downtown Chelan and then 20 minutes away from some of the bigger wineries across the lake.

Great location, right next to the Wapato Point development. It's a couple of blocks off the main drag in Manson, where you can walk along the beautiful waterfront. We dined at Twisted Cork, a great restaurant right next door -- along with a coffee shop. We enjoyed the warm pool and the coffee shop. The only concern was that our room smelled a tad musty, not sure why, since the facility seems new.

The rooms were very nice and decorated well, but it had a funny, strong smell. Maybe cleaner. The rooms were much larger than expected. We had issues checking in due to poor cell phone service, but that was resolved before we arrived. The guest information on the desk was incorrect . The bed was so comfortable, it was hard to leave! Once we did, we ventured to the pool and hot tub, checked out the pickleball court, and then came back in to play a game of pool in the game room. You can stay entertained without even leaving. If you walk just a couple minutes down the road, there’s a nice place to swim and plenty of options for drinks and dining. We added another night to our stay because we loved this place so much. We’ll be coming back every summer.

The breakfast amenity to this hotel was a huge bummer to my wife and I. We’ve been to many different hotels and we loved how this hotel was clean, and very open. Come breakfast time they had some microwave pancakes, with some cold/old boiled eggs, coffee. At this price point you would expect a better breakfast than this.

Amenities were terrific! Check in was slightly delayed as I never received my access code until about 45 minutes after my check in time after texting to request it. I opted for a late check out, however, around 9:30 am on checkout day, hotel staff attempted entering my room. I had already confirmed the late checkout time for 1 pm prior to this and it wasn’t even the standard checkout time of 10 am yet, so no one should have bothered us. Unfortunately, this woke us up when the plan was to sleep in. We left for coffee after yet again confirming the late checkout. When we returned, we were locked out of our room and had to find staff (not easy to find) until we were able to obtain a new code to access our room. The electric bikes were a great amenity we weren’t even aware of. I would have given 5-stars if the check-in and late checkout process had been even slightly smoother, but this wasted a lot of our time and money, voided the purpose of paying for a late checkout in the first place and set us behind on our itinerary. That’s very unfortunate. People pay extra money for convenience, but when that convenience is not granted and stripped from you after payment, that’s just bad business.

There were no front desk staff other than when we checked in the first day. That was very frustrating to assist with anything we needed or to report broken items in the game rooms. Overall, the hotel was nice for being brand new, but you can tell they are lacking staff, as was indicated when we checked in. Garbage not emptied on the grounds or in hallways. The game rooms were in very poor condition and extremely disappointing. Dirty and they would not accept coins and there was no one at the front desk ever to help with what we may have needed. Pool and hot tub were ok. The biggest issue for me was the stairwell fire doors were always propped open! This is not appropriate and I believe against fire codes.
