Recensione: Personale eccellente, ma colazione deludente Voto: 2/5 Soggiornando in un hotel di questa fascia di prezzo, le aspettative sono giustamente alte, specialmente per il momento della colazione. Purtroppo, su questo fronte, l'esperienza è stata decisamente inadeguata. Cosa non ha funzionato: • Mancanza di varietà: La scelta è estremamente limitata e, cosa ancora più grave, la proposta è rimasta identica ogni singolo giorno, senza il minimo sforzo di rotazione. • Qualità dei prodotti: Questa è la nota più dolente. In una struttura di lusso ci si aspetterebbe artigianalità e freschezza; invece, ci siamo trovati di fronte a prodotti palesemente industriali e ultra-processati. Tutto sembrava appena "spacchettato" e riposto in vetrina, privo di anima e sapore. • La frutta: Definirla tale è un eufemismo. Era pura "rappresentanza", poco invitante e di scarsa qualità. L'unica nota positiva: L'unico motivo per cui non do il punteggio minimo è il personale di sala. I ragazzi sono stati estremamente gentili, professionali e attenti: un servizio di alto livello che purtroppo stride fortemente con la qualità mediocre di ciò che viene servito. In sintesi: Se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino, qui c'è molto da lavorare. Un hotel così costoso non può permettersi una colazione da discount.

We found the hotel staff very helpful and rooms were very clean. Breakfast very good. Air con wonderful especially with all the heat of late.

We had an accessible room with twin beds and a wet room shower. It was lovely and clean. I am never sure why the accessibility bathrooms are never quite right in their design. Whilst there was a shaver socket, there was no shelf near the sink to put things on. The area that had space had the towels place there but there was not enough protection from the shower curtain to stop water getting to that area until I altered the way the shower curtain was hung to keep the towels dry and our wash bags but that then left the floor by the sink getting splashed ! The actual sink was very small and set at a height for wheelchair use but you’d have trouble getting a wheelchair in there. The bathroom needed to meet the needs of my partner which the shower seat provided did but it was difficult for me, his carer, to wash at such a small low sink ! Mirror did not have condensation clearing finish which was disappointing! It was fine for a one night stop over but not for a longer stay. We enjoyed the menu choice in the evening and the food was tasty and served well. Breakfast was the same, very helpful staff and a good selection.
