Disneyland/Knott's, 5BR 4BA, No Tax, Large Parking

We booked this home for our family Disneyland trip. Our family included our two adult children and their families which included our grandchildren . 3 under 6 and two teenage boys , plus two adult grandchildren . The house set up was perfect. The kids has a area to hang out , while the adults had separate area to hang out away , but near the children. Our 2 and 6 year old granddaughters absolutely loved the jungle bedroom and enjoyed playing in it . The neighborhood is very quiet and close by to restaurants and shopping . Disneyland was only a 10 minute easy drive . Yen was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely reserve it again when in the area for vacation.

I was a little nervous on our way to California from Arizona because I didn't know yet how to get into the house. But on our way there Yan emailed me. Yan was always pretty responsive to our questions. The house is beautiful and is stocked pretty well, i had to search for some items but eventually found them, the first day we went without saran wrap and then found it the second day! So check even the drawers in the dining room and hallway! Our granddaughter loved the safari room with the stuffed animals and slide! That was fun. It was nice to have tv's in several places. Plenty of hang out space for our party of 8 adults and a one year old. One bedroom was too hot, they had to sleep with the windows open in 45 degree weather to cool the room and one room was too cold and they wanted the furnace turned up. We also didn't like coming home to a cold house since the heat automatically went way low during the day. We were there when it was cold and rainy and we had been at disneyland all day. The house warmed up pretty quickly though. Other than these small inconveniences the house was great! The other thing I would double check is in the VRBO listing for this house it says check out time is 11am but then when you get to the house and read their manual it says check out time is 10am. And the owner sent us a reminder email saying to check out at 10am and later check out is not available. It worked out for us to leave at 10 but if it will be inconvenient for you I would check
