Cozy 2-Bedroom Condo in Vibrant Urban Omaha with Convenient Designated Parking

Great communication with host

The unit itself was nice. The building was a little rundown, but the actual unit was nice with nice kitchen, furniture, coffee, and solid WiFi. The reason I would not stay here again is the unit sits in a very busy street and is loud. When I say loud, I had to sleep with earplugs in my ears to drown out the noise. If that wasn’t enough noise on the adjacent street that runs perpendicular to the unit is what appears to be a frat type house if college age kids who enjoyed a party late into the night on Saturday. There were some little things like a dishwasher of dirty dishes upon arrival, no paper towels, and no wash clothes but, I’d overlook these issues as one offs if it hadn’t been for the noise. If someone is deaf, this might be the perfect unit, but if you are at all sensitive to noise this is not the unit for you. Even our 23 year old daughter who just graduated college last year found it hard to sleep through the combination of street traffic and the Saturday night party.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and nice. There was great communication between Us and the property manager. The other tenants were quiet. I felt safe here. Walking distance to Midtown Crossing.

Place was just as described very nice. Centrally located and the host was extremely responsive. Thank you for hosting my crew while they worked.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it. We will stay here anytime we are in Omaha. Thank you!!
