I was fortunate to have aur conditioning but I reckon only 1/6th of the rooms have aircon. Not ideal given how hot things have been and will be in future.

For some reason I remember the hotel having AC and one of the main reasons to book the hotel again during an extortionate warm week. Not only did the rooms not have air conditioning but the floors get warmer the higher up with the air units on the 1st and 2nd hallways blowing warm air and the rooms, especially the South Facing ones on the 2nd floor getting heat from the roof and the window, with warm air blowing down the hall, leaving the room steaming hot for most of the night. Leaving open the window allow some cool early morning air inside along with ample traffic noise. The ground floor was however nice and cool. Staff were mostly friendly, especially the bar staff however the behaviour from some on reception seemed somewhat odd.
