Advertised on Expedia as having a restaurant, not so and nowhere within walking distance. Expedia and hotel websites both say free airport shuttle - not so. Asked the dopey receptionist to book me an airport taxi for the following morning, he wrote the time down wrong twice, fortunately I checked tò confirm. He was unable to tell me approximate travel time to the airport. Place is scruffy and poory maintained.

Booked this hotel as I had selected airport shuttle as a requirement. Was emailed by the hotel the same day that free shuttle was available. Checked in and was given a different room. (Booked queen bed and given two double beds) and told that this hotel doesn’t offer an airport shuttle. Would have chosen a different hotel having known as it cost me 28$ for a taxi to the airport.

The person at the desk was friendly however the “free 24/7 airport shuttle” that was listed on their website no longer exists. There was duct tape holding the closet door together. The bedside lamp was broken and its shade stained. The shower was gross.

The facility is showing serious signs of wear and neglect. Parking for Registration is on the street and the back lot for parking feels very lonely and unsafe. The front counter staff were doing the best they could. The breakfast is about as minimal as it could get and still be called 'breakfast'. Not anywhere close to Baymont by Wyndham standards. That is why I book with brand names but this was a truly terrible experience.

Parking barely available, breakfast with minimal choices of food. Room was clean but came out from the 80’s. Floor surface and furniture scratched. Good bed. Main lobby really ugly. Limited personnel was very polite and tried to be helpful.

Tv kept losing signal. Phone broken. Toilet paper holde broken and in pieces. Breakfast was terrible. No butter. They charge you for breakfast but you really don’t get what you pay for. Avoid this property if at all possible zero to one star. Often nobody answers the phone. No airport shuttle

This was probably one of the worst stays we ever had. When we first got there, the carpet between the bathroom and mini fridge was soaking wet and had a horrible smell. The phone was broken and making an irritating noise unless unplugged. We informed front staff who moved us. Room 2 smelled horrible because someone had unplugged the fridge and the wire was not long enough to plus. In addition, the washroom looked like it was used and the inside broken. We got moved again. We accepted the 3rd room, however found that the room was infested with bugs (cockroach like bugs). Now we are left disinfecting all our clothes and bags so that these bugs don’t come into our home. The hotel refuses to compensate and Expedia thinks $35 worth of points will cover it. Please note that the hotel room itself cost $236. If you don’t have clean rooms why are you offering. So ridiculous.

There was roaches all over the room, a hole on the wall, a broken chair, sheets on one of the bed had been used. If i didnt had kids with me I would've left. We changed room given the roaches but it was still a terrible experience.

This hotel is infested with roaches. Check in was 3 and we got there early and was told to come back at 3. We got back at 3 and waited 45 minutes. First room had just been sprayed with bug spray and we moved because the RAID smell was overwhelming. Next room had bugs so the moved us again. Saw one bug right away but had to leave for a tour. Got back late and bugs in the bathroom and we went to sleep. Had no other options at midnight. My daughter slept in her clothes to avoid being bitten. Woke up to multiple roaches on the night stand and around our luggage.

J’avais réservé pour deux jours, mais j’ai quitté le plus rapidement possible dès le premier matin. Nous avons passé la nuit à dormir directement sur les lits, sans couverture, car les draps étaient sales. Après avoir vu plusieurs avis et photos de coquerelles, nous avons dormi la lumière allumée (j’ai lu sur Internet qu’elles sortent dans le noir). J’ai dû nettoyer la salle de bain avec un rouleau de papier toilette, tellement il y avait des poils partout. Même le savon avait été remis dans un emballage déjà utilisé. C’était DÉGOÛTANT. Je ne suis pas dédaigneuse dans la vie, mais là, c’était horrible. Aucun mot pour décrire la situation. Le personnel, occupé sur son téléphone, ne s’est même pas déplacé pour me répondre… Et que dire du déjeuner… aucun mot ne peut exprimer mon dégoût.

Wasn’t as bad as I thought for a 2 star hotel. The mattress was cheap, but ok. Who ever does the cleaning of the room and bathroom did not doo a good job. Someone else’s hair was clogged in the tub.

The room was hot as the air conditioner was not working. Did not have a comfortable stay as was not able to sleep at night due to the heat and during the day we had to go out as it was very hot in the room. There was no tea or coffee available in the room

Was way over priced for such an old old place. It was like being back in the 70's. Bed was very uncomfortable and blankets were old and thin. The floors are so thin you here every step from above you. Key card stopped working and they could not fix had to get a hard key to enter unit. Industrial area with no amenities. Tv had like 7 channels half french half English. Lighting poor no usb outlets and limited plugs. Could not ever get a full charge on my phone despite being plugged in over 8 hours at one point. Staff was knocking the minute you were to check out and to boot they charge per hour if you request a late checkout. My room was in the most inconvenient location and staff offered no help watching me struggle with my luggage to open a door or anything. Would never go back unless it was the last resort for accomodation.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was very noisy from guests in room above, as there seems to be very little noise barrier between floors, as well as from planes going overhead every few minutes. Overall very clean, and well maintained.

This place is fine, aside from the location. It is close to bus stops, which is helpful, but it does take a while to get into the city if you don't have a car. The staff were nice and helpful. Our keycards weren't working a couple times and they were quick to fix the issue. Check in and check out were both quick and easy. The rooms are not dirty, they're fine. For an affordable place to stay, this is a good choice.

No one at reception for 40 minutes at 3 am! Note on front desk said to call 2 separate phone numbers for service tried both twice, no answer. Took to lying on couch in lobby until another patron came out to see if someone could do something about the homeless patrons fighting in the front parking lot. That’s when receptionist came out from the back. Massive hair clumps in the shower, would never ever stay here, Requesting money back from hotels.com

No one at reception for 40 minutes at 3 am! Note on front desk said to call 2 separate phone numbers for service tried both twice, no answer. Took to lying on couch in lobby until another patron came out to see if someone could do something about the homeless patrons fighting in the front parking lot. That’s when receptionist came out from the back. Massive hair clumps in the shower, would never ever stay here, Requesting money back from hotels.com

Staff were good especially Toni, very accomodating and nice. I like the location accessible and close to highway, groceries and shops. The hotel is old and it needs more impeovwmwnt. Other than that our accomodation was good.

Advertised on Expedia as having a restaurant, not so and nowhere within walking distance. Expedia and hotel websites both say free airport shuttle - not so. Asked the dopey receptionist to book me an airport taxi for the following morning, he wrote the time down wrong twice, fortunately I checked tò confirm. He was unable to tell me approximate travel time to the airport. Place is scruffy and poory maintained.

J’ai passé un court séjour, l’hôtel est propre et le confort y est également mais le service n’est pas au top. après avoir appelé la réception sans succès, j’ai passé 2h au salon de la réception à attendre que quelqu’un se présente mais hélas personne n’est venue, j’ai dû demander de l’aide à un client qui sortait de l’hôtel.

They charged me one amount however the receipt they sent me after checkout was not the same amount. I called the front desk and he was of no help. So basically they did not charge me more than the amount that the receipt was for. SCAM

This place is fine, aside from the location. It is close to bus stops, which is helpful, but it does take a while to get into the city if you don't have a car. The staff were nice and helpful. Our keycards weren't working a couple times and they were quick to fix the issue. Check in and check out were both quick and easy. The rooms are not dirty, they're fine. For an affordable place to stay, this is a good choice.

Nice architecture and furnishings, but it the area around it looks like a bombed out war zone. No convenience stores, bad place to be stuck without a car. If you're traveling by car, it's probably fine. Or the Radisson a ten-minute walk away has a restaurant.

Continental Breakfast anyone can so call heat eggs in a microwave that’s what they were doing ice cold, not enough food I have enjoyed much better continental breakfast in other hotels/motels better. Property outdated looks like the room we stayed in was broken into several times as you could see the damages didn’t feel safe it was located in more of an industrial park far away from amenities. Would not stay there again

A notre arrivée, on nous a annoncé que nous n'aurions qu'un lit au lieu de deux mais que le prix serait malgré tout le même (voire même plus cher de quelques euros au final). Il y avait des déchets de chantier sous la fenêtre de la chambre et la climatisation faisait un bruit affreux. Le petit déjeuner est servi très tard (à partir de 7h30) pour un hôtel proche de l'aéroport et nous n'avons pas pu en profiter.

We were disappointed. Situated in a ... area meant there are no restaurants, shopping areas nearby. We don't haave a car when we're in Montreal as our son picks us up every morning and takes us back every evening. The breakfast is very limited (juice- apple only, bread, bagles, scrambled egg patties) which is o.k. for one day but pretty tiring for every day of the week. In the room we found many instances of lack of maintenance and slipshod work that was done. There was no grab bar in the tub/shower so my wife refused to shower. The bed was comfortable an dthere was hot water as needed. We were the only ones in the breakfast area as the timing was 7-9 only.

Good place to sleep for a night, I didn’t like how they had a window out into the hallway, I wouldn’t stay here for more then one night, there breakfast options were terrible only had toast cereal and eggs. And it took us almost an hour to check in it was extremely slow service

Chambre propre, salle de bain semi-renovee, tranquille au deuxième étage et pas dans l'agora. Literie de basse qualité, matelas inconfortable, et chauffage bruyant qui fonctionne a moitié. Déjeuner afficher a 6h30 sur le site mais rendu sur place c'est pas avant 7h ce qui fait qu'on a du aller manger a l'aéroport. Bref, c'est un hôtel okay pour une nuit quand c'est a bon prix aux alentours de 100$ nuits.

Parking barely available, breakfast with minimal choices of food. Room was clean but came out from the 80’s. Floor surface and furniture scratched. Good bed. Main lobby really ugly. Limited personnel was very polite and tried to be helpful.

Absolutely a no go place. The rooms were pathetic. Ac was not working and they have a dilapated AC unit running which doesnt even give a bit of air. All blankets and items in room had fungus on them..worst nightmare..dont ever choose this place

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The rooms were filthy beyond anything I have ever seen. The rooms were also in a state of disrepair. Our rooms bathroom fan was falling off the ceiling and there was black mold in the bathroom. Cobwebs were everywhere and there were gaps in the floorboards where you could see the concrete beneath. The air conditioner didnt work well. The furniture looked like it was stolen from a Chinese food restaurant from the 70s. The sheets were stained. All in all I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE.

Lamp switches were broken coming into the room in the evening(why they were both unplugged), no towels in the washroom(only 2 were available when we asked the front desk), toilet was uncleaned, air conditioning was inoperative resulting I hot and muggy air that prevented any rest with my son and I. Fridge was inoperative. Telephone to contact front desk/house keeping was inoperative. If there was a negative rating, this place deserved it. I did not see any claimed bed bugs, but definitely was “itching” throughout the night. Seriously, I would have been better off sleeping at the airport had I known the condition of this place prior to making my reservation. Disappointed beyond belief that this would even exist in 2026. You have been warned.
