Good budget hotel with excellent location and great staff. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room. Room size was good. Beds were comfortable. There was mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv. Bathroom was clean too. Only issue with the room was that the floor was very dirty. You can’t see it because the flooring is dark brown color but our kids were playing on the floor and after half hour or so of playing we realized their feet and legs were all black!! This was the only let down. If floors can be cleaned properly that would be great! Other than that, staff is great, they have buffet breakfast with boiled egg, waffles, beagle, bread, cereals. For spreads they had peanut butter, marmalade, jam, cream cheese and butter. Tea, coffee and juice. Location is great, just 5min drive from downtown brockville. Staff is great too! Will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area

The staff were very helpful and pleasant but one of the reasons I chose this motel were reviews for cleanliness and being there with children you end up looking under beds because they drop and lose things. It looked like they had not swept or vacuumed under the beds in a while. The underside of one bed seemed to be torn and hanging down. The fridge had not been cleaned out properly, there was sticky pink stuff at the bottom when I went to load our things. The pool seemed clean and they provided towels but the towels were too small to wven wrap the kids up when they got out. The bathroom fan and a/c were also incredibly load.

We had a little issue with the room at first, but the reception ladies were so kind and welcoming, and they solved it right away. The room was spotless and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also really convenient—just a quick 5-minute drive to all the main attractions. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it

Our stay was great, quick and easy check in, the room was clean and cozy with a temperature controlled AC. And the complimentary breakfast was well stocked and they even had a Belgian waffle station. The owner of the hotel was kind and funny and was there helping and talking to guests and making sure they were enjoying their stay.

The room had several issues that made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep: * The bed was uncomfortable, the pillow was too small, and the AC unit was extremely loud. * The fridge made constant noise, and there was a bad smellin the room. * The windows were old and couldn’t be opened, and the towels felt worn out. *Cleanliness was only average, which didn’t help the overall impression. Friendly & helpful staff. The room was clean, mondernized & decent, although the blasting heater through the night prevented a good nights sleep (however, I am sensitive). The continental breakfast was perfect and met my needs.

The Continental breakfast was the best ever. Next time I will ask for a handicap room as I need support when I use the shower. The price I received by using Expedia worked out well. Will stay there again. Wi-fi worked well with my cell phone.

A good place for an overnight stay while travelling the east-west 401 corridor. Not fancy and a little dated, but rooms are clean and comfortable and this Super 8 is pet friendly at a reasonable rate. The self-serve breakfast is standard fare for the Wyndham chain, with cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, fruit, yogurt, juices and coffee.

Surprised that the ratings were so high for this place when we booked it. It definitely needs some renovations. Our room smelled smoky and it was outdated and not overly clean.

We are a retired couple and do alot of travelling. We had stop staying in motel for a long time and we have no problem paying a bit more for nice hotels, clean, convenient, new and modern. We needed a stop over and would normally not book a super 8. However when we saw that it's part of the Wyndham chain which gave us good impression and experience in the past, we decided to stay at this hotel, assuming that Wyndham would have elevated Super 8 to a higher league. Very disappointed. The door frame is all chipped and needs repair. The furniture are very old and basic. I usually sanitizer the door knobs and remote controls and switches. The hotel white wash cloths all turned black especially the fridge door! The TV control is falling apart as the small flap for the battery is falling out. The mirror had many children's handprints! I signed into the wifi with a given code. However I was not able to login with my second cellphone. Called front office and was told I had to try using chrome to get to www.guestlogin.net. Tried but didn't work. Decided to stay away from the hotel as long as possible to watch the fireworks at Broakville and returned just to sleep. The motel badly needs upgrade. Will not use Super 8 again even with Wyndham endorsement as we are very disappointed.
