Great reception staff. Always helpful. The hotel is in a great location for walking to the Old Town. The hotel is always clean. My room was, perhaps, a bit basic but it was very clean, quiet and with a very comfortable bed. When I next come to Lübeck I will certainly stay at this hotel.
