Hotel was fine but the self check in with no staff present made it almost impossible to get in. We would have gone elsewhere if it wasn’t for a friendly man passing

Our 2nd stay at Residenz and had the same room. Good hotel over all. Breakfast is charged as extra.

Bring a lot of time for the slowest check in you will ever experience. If you get one of the expensive rooms don’t expect to get a spacious room. Everything is really small and dated. The only positive is that you are in the middle of town.

Excellent location. Rooms a little small and amenities sparse (one towel, not changed for 4 nights stay); gym/sauna very very limited hours 4PM to 8PM only.
