Best Western Kincardine

Very loud at night & staff did not address the issue or refund my night when i had to leave to find another quiet space ro sleep.

I booked it because said pet friendly and after booking they said they were not and I booked a non refundable room and had to go and pay twice as much for doggy daycare because I couldn't bring him

Major renovations happening but yes rooms clean and hd a great sleep!

Room and Staff.. I was put on the first floor, and for whatever reason all smokers would group right outside my window being loud and carrying on. All the smoke was being pumped into my room through the heater. To be clear, they were not in a smoking area. After the 3rd group of smokers woke me at midnight with the noise and smoke, I went to complain where I was told “I can see how being in a room with smoke and you not being a smoker would be frustrating”. No monitoring of the area and telling people to go to a smoking area, putting me in a different room, nothing. It was topped off with “and because you booked through Expedia there’s nothing we can do for you”. There’s enough good options to never go there again.
