This was the single worst hotel experience I’ve had and that is not hyperbole. The hotel was not well maintained. It was dark and had sketchy characters hanging around. The worst part was the room. It smelled bad. Clearly nothing had been cleaned. The bed was dirty and stained. The towels appeared dirty. There were insects in bathtub. I purchased disinfectant, a towel, and sheets just to get through the night.

We had made a reservation and when we got there they told us that they had no reservation and no more rooms and when you checked online it stated they still had rooms available

This hotel is a get over I booked this room over a week in advance for a work assignment when I made it there he had given my room away as well as other coworkers that had book and took money off the cards and wouldn’t refund he needs to be reported he’s constantly doing this to people he does not need to be apart of this platform he left people sleeping in their cars because they thought they had a for sure place to stay! I rate him 0/10
