Spa wasn't working, it was cold, no plug for the bathtub, alot shouting and slamming doors!

Very noisy slamming doors all day and night. Spa didnt work and the area around the pool was full of dirty mattress, furniture and trash.

No frills, but gets the job done. Bed was comfortable but room looked worn and dated. Liked the gated off parking for guests, ice machine and two room lights didn’t work. Mild inconveniences on a cost benefit basis.

Jacuzzi was cold but great stay

No hot water, Pool and hot tub didn’t look clean

Clean room, spacious, secure parking, Bobtail parking, very limited breakfast, accommodations well, friendly staff, affordable

Perfect for truck drivers plenty parking in back and its gated.

The receptionist was very helpful and he made sure we could see our vehicle also. Much appreciated.

Honestly. For the price, all i expected is a safe clean room. I never expect much. The safe part was great. Gated parking and locked lobby. No access without pin or key. Seemed clean at first but i woke up with mutiple spider or bug bites.

Roaches present in room so we checked out immediately and didn't stay there. Management refused to issue a refund to Expedia.

They did not have hot water. Cockroaches found in room. Smells. This hotel should not even be listed on Expedia. I am not upper class by any means, but the conditions were horrible.

There were literally bugs walking on me. It was so disgusting.

Basically paint on a pig. Paint everywhere, floor, tile, windows, ac.... everywhere.

This place was very dirty and unsafe. Drug addicts and drug deals happening in the parking lot out front. There was no hot water for a shower, cockroach in the room.... very disappointed

This is by far the worst hotel room that I have ever stayed in. In fact, I chose to leave an hour after I had arrived. The bathtub was in real poor shape (filthy), the floor of the hotel room was dusty and it had no less than a half a gallon of wall paint on the floor, perhaps someone spilled the pain on the floor and didn’t bother to clean it up,. The television and the nightstand would not turn on.

This place smells of smoke everywhere! Furniture is damaged/outdated! Roaches running rampant! Homeless around hotel, cigarette butts all over the ground! Smells of human urine and excrement!

The electrical was dangerous, the bathtub needed replacement, the whole facility is outdated and old, and there was a cockroach in the room. The room smelled unpleasant.

Pubic hair on toilet, requested/reserved a long bed and received two queens, one of which was dirty. Room was in terrible condition

Dead roaches every where came out the sink and tub. Room smell like smoke definitely never again.

Could have made the pool more accessible for everyone. Continental breakfast wouldn't be bad either. Besides the late night party next door to my room ending at four something in the morning when I had to be at work at 5:00 6:00 would have been more enjoyable sleeping

I liked the response from front desk personnel to accomodate my issues. They were understanding and helped me immediately. Price was right compared to nearby hotels. My first room had indications of spilled painting which was not cleaned up. Limited or no hot water for showers. Shower/bath faucet leaked and sprayed onto bathroom floor even after pulling the shower curtain. Floor was uneven and desk chair rolled easily into corner of room. Security feature individuals used a rock to pry open the back door.

Looks like they are in the middle of remodel rooms are so so bathroom are old and run down. Shower leaked and had low water pressure

The shower had absolutely no hot water. I know it was not just my room. I had a friend who was staying the next room over and he said the same thing. The front desk is so slow at answering calls. The items in the room were worn down and deteriorating as well.

Spacious room, quite air conditioning, comfortable bed. Great value over all

The Ac was not as cool . I had to pay $100 for deposit the lady said I would get it in 3 business days but I still haven’t got anything back

To check in is was terrible

I had prepaid for 2 rooms, but on arrival I was told they had only 1 room available, with 1 king bed. This was unacceptable as I was traveling with a business associate. I had also called 2 hours prior to my arrival to confirm that we were coming, and was not told about the overbooking issue. The night manager finally called a supervisor, who told him to give me a particular room. The night manager asked, "is that room okay to be used?" It was not. The room was filthy, stains in the tub/shower, squashed bug on the floor, bullet hole in the outer window, rusty screw on the toilet seat, chewed gum stuck on the headboard, mini-fridge not working. At 1:30am, someone opened the door (thankfully I'd used the latch) and shouted into the room, "Why is the door locked, who's in there?" When I responded that the room was rented, he apologized and said he was maintenance, and they usually use the room as a break room. The next morning, I explained what happened, and the 2 staff members (Alex the night manager, and Jessica) were completely unapologetic, and rude when I told them my associate and I would not be staying any longer. I cancelled my remaining 2 nights, and asked for a refund. I'm still fighting with them for the refund on my prepaid reservation. It's not allowing me to attach my photos below.

The office did not answer the phone, EVER!!!! People tried entering our room - all night l9ng? Grabbed handle, shook doir - was going to call 911 at times - yelled & they left us alone. Had to honk to enter gated parking lot - 1/2 the time staff did not hear honking - had to park - get out & staff werebehind the desk? Air unit broken when arrived - cracked made loud noise when turning on, no coffee or bkfst as on webpage? FRONT OFFICE STAFF - NEVER ANSWERED PHONE - EVER - let ring for 15-20 mts? At times. Rm 108

Please do your self a service do not stay here, the toilet was clogged and when I reported it they gave me a plunger and the front desk guy said I don't get paid enough to unclog toilets, no hot water and when I wanted to leave and not use my second stay they said no refunds, but you are paying for a service that it is not provided. The place is run-down the furniture scraped the bathroom disgusting, according to sources they have been having problems with not having hot water for 3 months at least and the owner does not want to buy a new boiler, and the place is in a bad part of town the cops that showed up to kick me out because I complained ended agreeing with me and told me next time you visit Phoenix do not stay in this area I was told they caught people smoking Fentanil, doing drugs horrible the doors are patched up like they forced them to get in, terrible.

The only positive was it was clean. Otherwise minimal or out of towels, very outdated rooms, room keys had to be reprogrammed twice, noise from around and above room, could hear water running as if was our room, must have been in a sketchy area according to front office security measures, and lastly wasn’t the lowest cost either. Would not recommend!

Grass or weed growing outside with no signs of any gardening. The so-called 'continental breakfast' was an eye sore. TV not working. TV not working

Nothing too fancy but did the job as a one night pass through. Room was clean with everything functional. Refrigerator and microwave helped with tending to my own food requirements. Room was nominally priced. Will stay again if needed

In desperate need of remodeling. People sitting on the floor in the hallway. No continental breakfast. Felt unsafe. The place was a dump. Nor kept up at all.
