I highly recommend this duplex for families or even a group of friends for a great relaxing getaway based on presentation, location and facilities of this property. Only thing missing was the BBQ which was listed and even mentioned spare gas bottle in kitchen pantry, but very small criticism. Would easily return to this property.

The property is located in a quiet area with a 20 minute walk into the heart of Surfers Paradise. The house has beautiful views which are taken advantage of from most rooms. The pool is a welcome addition, and although not large it worked perfectly for us. Communication with the owner was prompt once we had booked and there was no hassle when we arrived. If you are looking for a large house with 4 great sized bedrooms, fabulous views and the perfect place to relax then you need look no further.

The pool is a welcome addition, and although not large it worked perfectly for us. Communication with the owner was prompt once we had booked and there was no hassle when we arrived. If you are looking for a large house with 4 great sized bedrooms, fabulous views and the perfect place to relax then you need look no further.

Great location and house. We were able to walk to centre of Surfers Paradise and not use the car at all. Beds were comfortable and plunge pool was nicely heated to have a relaxing dip at the end of a big day. Entry code was incorrect but a quick call to Kynan got us in. House does not have a BBQ as said which was a little disappointing Only 2 glasses that weren’t mugs or Wine Glasses which for a house of this size isn’t enough. Kitchen well covered with other necessary items. One of the pool gates does not lock and could be dangerous for little ones. Overall great house in great location We would be happy to stay again

Very happy with our stay and the communication throughout. The property was top class and the location was spot on. Only one thing was that there were only 2 sunbeds and there were 8 of us at the property. I would suggest purchasing another 2. The owener said there wasn’t space however it’s my opinion that 2 more would fit. Thanks again though we have a woderful week and Christmas in this lovely home.

Everything was exactly as listed. We had two families of two children each and have nothing but great memories of our stay. Lead up communication was quick and helpful and we had no reason to communicate during our stay. The property was in excellent condition and everything worked. Five stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. This was a family trip for us and accommodated us all perfectly. Everyone had their own room and ensuite which was great. The two separate living areas were also handy. The location is great and the views day and night just WOW!! Loved sitting outside and enjoying those view’s especially at night. The communication with the host was spot on,very quick to reply. We would love to come back in the future and stay again!

Lovely property, huge house, allowing everyone their own bedrooms. Great being away from downtown Surfers Paradise but easily walkable when wanted. Great communication with owner. Lovely view on deck overlooking river. Found it strange nothing for recyclables for unit.

Absolutely gorgeous home in a prime location. Had everything we needed and is easily walkable to loads of things to do and a multitude of options to dine out. We used it as a base to discover the Gold Coast and it was perfect for this. Loved Byron Bay and Coolangatta. Fab city views and Kynan is a super nice host. Thanks again and we look forward to return if we visit the area again.

House does not have a BBQ as said which was a little disappointing Only 2 glasses that weren’t mugs or Wine Glasses which for a house of this size isn’t enough. Kitchen well covered with other necessary items. One of the pool gates does not lock and could be dangerous for little ones. Overall great house in great location We would be happy to stay again

It was a beautiful looking house in a great spot and had all the amenities you could want and need. Not great for little kids with all the stairs, just so many potential dangers! And the steps in the foyer to the kitchen are nearly invisible if you aren't careful you could easily fall.The house is aged a little so some of the finishes need touch ups, its not what I would describe as a cosy house, there's no rugs in any of the rooms, but for a one night stay it was great! The lights stayed on in the walkways on each level at night - there was limited instruction regarding how to operate the lights. Check in and check out procedures were super easy to follow and didn't take any time away from us when we were leaving.Overall an excellent stay, but I wouldn't stay again with young kids.

The Duplex is in a excellent location at the end of a Deadend street it has a great view from the back deck,the heated pool is fantastic and being Pet Friendly all your family can enjoy a holiday.The duplex is close enough to shops and restaurants but in a quiet location it also has plenty of parking in a double garage and street parking.I would stay there again next time I go to Queensland.

We enjoyed our stay here - a lovely house, in a lovely location. The outlook was stunning. Perfect for our family get-together. A BBQ and a few more serving dishes would be a good addition. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend others do too. Thank you for the use of your lovely home.
