Clean and new. Very spacious and comfortable. Close to the Science Museum, and a short drive to the Valencia's cathedral. Check-in area not easiest to find, but once you do is smooth sailing. Try to get the contact information ahead of time in case you need assistance.

Very spacious fully equipped modern studio apartment. Lots of free parking outside and secure paid for parking in the basement. Located in a quiet area. A long walk from the centre of Valencia but there is a bus stop right out the front which is very easy to use. Highly recommended.

Appart super confort, moderne, propre, réception hyper gentille, à 30 minutes à pied de l'aquarium parfait. Seul bémol : pas de parking couvert sur place, ce qui n'est pas détaillé dans l'annonce. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la rue, il existe un parking en terre pas très loin.

Very clean, easy to access the room and building for check in/check out (they just sent me a code for the building and my room so i didn't have to communicate with anyone which i am definitely a fan of)

Hemos ido a pasar 4 dias en familia con dos niños pequeños y ha sido un acierto, la parada del autobus en la puerta estas a 20 minutos del centro y a 5 de las artes y las ciencias, el apartamento nuevo completamente y el personal amabilisimo, con todas las comodidades tienen una sala con lavadora y secadora muy util si vas con niños.
Hemos ido a pasar 4 dias en familia con dos niños pequeños y ha sido un acierto, la parada del autobus en la puerta estas a 20 minutos del centro y a 5 de las artes y las ciencias, el apartamento nuevo completamente y el personal amabilisimo, con todas las comodidades tienen una sala con lavadora y secadora muy util si vas con niños.

Interessante, próximo ao hospital La Fe e em cima de uma padaria muito boa. Tem lavanderia no local. Para uma estadia curta e viagem de negócios, pode ser interessante. Fiquei só incomodado com o sabonete do box do banheiro que acabou no primeiro dia e é daqueles fixos na parede. Fora isso, tudo ok

Logement proche de la cité des sciences, très propre, système de laverie impeccable. Toutefois, quartier en construction lors de notre séjour. Attention si vous arrivez lors d'un jour férié ou dimanche, risque d'attente.

The apartment is a 15 minute bus ride to the big market and historic center. The suite itself was bare bones equipment wise, ie a pod coffee maker but no pods, no tea kettle. The building is new and modern with keyless entry. Bed was comfortable. A few cafes in the area, the grocery store was a 15 minute walk. The concierge was polite and helpful but works limited hours per day. I would go back better prepared.

Room was perfect with everything we needed. It was clean, staff were helpful, the code system was easy enough and worked for us. There isn’t a full time reception but any problems were addressed via WhatsApp - but when the staff were there during the day, they always answered our questions. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet self-catered stay where you have more space but don’t need the all extras of a hotel. People have mentioned there was construction outside but the rooms seem sound proof as the noise had no impact on our stay.

This is a newly renovated hotel in a modern style, very quiet inside. Suites are spacious, clean, comfortable and cozy. Easy parking and walkable distance to the shopping. The location was great and worth the price.

Maria who checked us in was very helpful and kind. She gave us directions how to get to the historic center of Valencia and info about the public transport. The apartment was very clean and had enough space for a family of 4 (with two teens). The location of the aprtment was good and it was in walking distance to the supermarket. Would definitely recommend this place.

Location molto comoda,fermata dell' autobus di fronte, appartamento nuovo pulito e silenzioso dotato di cucina e utensili,per preparare una cena veloce se si sta in giro tutto il giorno come noi.L'unico piccolo neo è che non avevano modo per pulire minimamente anche perché le pulizie giornaliere non sono comprese,dopo 7 giorni la stanza si sporca coi bambini poi...ma vale la pena comunque

Ideal zum ÖPNV mit einer Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Einziges Minus war der Lärm der zuschlagenden Haustür und dem quietschenden Tor, das ebenfalls mit einem Rumms schloss. Teilweise im Minutentakt morgens ab 6 Uhr.

La haabitación muy cómoda y equipada. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba pero me ofrecieron uno portátil. Un poco ruidoso por estar frente a una avenida de gran tránsito.

This hotel is under new ownership. The previous owner sent me the pre check which was completed and not passed to new owners. The new company was insistent on me completing it again which is not how you want to spend your vacation time. No person at reception all contact was done by phone and email.

Was not able to access the building until a lady I asked contacted the persons in charge by phone as we do not speak Spanish ! It would have been nice to have clear instruction on how to enter the building .

No me mandaron el código de entrada por correo por lo que batallé 3 horas para poderme comunicar con ellos. Porque mi WhatsApp era de México fue el pretexto Pero en fin alguien en Valencia me ayudo

La propiedad debería avisar cuando hay obra civil a su alrededor, una retroexcavadora trabajando desde las 7am. La entrada al edificio con el vidrio roto y un cable para abrirla. Es buena zona pero todo polvoso por la construcción. El personal tardaba 24 horas en responder un whatsapp?? Pésima atención

A really well appointed, spacious, modern and comfortable apartment. En suite is well thought out. Bedroom area had plenty of storage space and beds very comfortable. The decor was muted, stylish and uncluttered. Very clean and tidy throughout. The only glitch was not with the room but the online check in. We put in details of 1st person and when put in the 2nd previous details didn't save. We had to do this several times before it worked, even then there was a problem with saving credit card details - causing a problem later with getting entry codes, we were arriving late and the reception is only staffed between 10:00 - 18:00.

Very nice and spatious apartment for 5 persons. Responsive and kind staff. 30 min walk to the City of Arts. Bus stops vand hospital very nearby. Some noisy working places around the block. An uprising residence area with nice cofees erc.

Very clean and modern. Easy to communicate with. Great basic amenities. However construction noises during the day and a bit far from downtown and main areas. About a 15-20 min uber ride away from main sights.

If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would! Wow how phenomenal was this property! My husband and I felt like it was home. We stayed only 3 nights and already regret having to leave. València in itself is beautiful but this hotel made the stay super comfortable and convenient for us. The bus stops are right outside and across from the hotel making transportation to the city center and the beaches very easy. The transportation of Valencia could use a bit of an upgrade to save time but it is very easy to use. The hotel was able to help us save a bit of Euros while here by going to a local grocery store to be able to cook and have easy to eat foods for our stay! Also it was a fresh and delicious healthy meals we missed from home. The staff went above and beyond for us! They allowed our luggage to be stored there for free before our train departed Valencia and they gave super helpful advice when looking for places to eat and shop. Our experience in Valencia was amazing and I wish it was much longer. The best place in Spain by far! Please bring this hotel idea to Canada!! It would thrive there. And I would love to use this same hotel concept throughout Spain and Europe for a super comfortable stay!

J’aimerais faire un commentaire constructif pour l’hôtel devrait avoir des capsules à café pour une première journée. Le coût des cups à café est tellement ridicule qui pourrait en avoir 4 pour débuter, et les clients le lendemain vont acheter pour la durée de leurs voyage. Merci votre hébergement était fantastique. Interessante, próximo ao hospital La Fe e em cima de uma padaria muito boa. Tem lavanderia no local. Para uma estadia curta e viagem de negócios, pode ser interessante. Fiquei só incomodado com o sabonete do box do banheiro que acabou no primeiro dia e é daqueles fixos na parede. Fora isso, tudo ok

The apartment is a 15 minute bus ride to the big market and historic center. The suite itself was bare bones equipment wise, ie a pod coffee maker but no pods, no tea kettle. The building is new and modern with keyless entry. Bed was comfortable. A few cafes in the area, the grocery store was a 15 minute walk. The concierge was polite and helpful but works limited hours per day. I would go back better prepared.

Location molto comoda,fermata dell' autobus di fronte, appartamento nuovo pulito e silenzioso dotato di cucina e utensili,per preparare una cena veloce se si sta in giro tutto il giorno come noi.L'unico piccolo neo è che non avevano modo per pulire minimamente anche perché le pulizie giornaliere non sono comprese,dopo 7 giorni la stanza si sporca coi bambini poi...ma vale la pena comunque

We stayed in the family room. The apartment is spacious, one room with a large bed and ceiling fan and the other room had a bunk bed, we felt this room was a lot more warmer as it didn't have a fan. The living areas are spacious , nice big TV and decent kitchen which has all the basic amenities for a short stay. We felt parking was an issue, there are lots of spaces however it was difficult to find an empty one. Not sure if this was due to building work happening outside which blocked the road, but I wouldn't recommend driving as you're not guaranteed a space. Some things in the apartment weren't clean e.g dining room table was grubby, the telephone in the bedroom hadn't been cleaned in weeks as it had a thick layer of dust and it can be quite noisy if you're a light sleeper as the walls are thin. Aside from these small nuisances, the apartment was great for a family of four and has decent supermarkets and restaurants close by
