The front desk staff were lovely and helpful, and my room was clean, tidy, and spacious. However, I was disappointed there was no complimentary water, and the in-room coffee was awful and undrinkable—I’d forgotten my own press. On the bright side, the restaurant food was excellent with great evening service. In the morning, I just had a coffee, the morning staff were no quite as attentive. All in all a great overnight stay.

Good choice at breakfast, all food nicely cooked, buffet style, but poached and boiled eggs are made to order. Staff very helpful and attentive.

Great hotel, staff were outstanding at going out the way to help even at the late hours of the night. I made use of the pool which overall was good however very busy even at first hours of pool opening. If I was to be really picky about my stay it would be the dust on the fan, as it’s coming to that time of year again (warmer weather) I actually had to use mine but it was quite dusty so they could have done with a wee clean especially with hay-fever and asthma it’s not gonna be the best. But apart from that I’d happily stay again.

Room was spacious, clean, tidy and fresh. Staff at the front desk, bar and kitchen were also very nice, clear when instructing and very polite. Were happy to help with any questions too. Again the staff at the spa were also very helpful and happy to help with any queries.
