A pretty amazing stay. Lovely renovated rooms, very friendly staff and when we had a problem at check-in Julia did everything to sort it out and sent lovely deserts with our room service order. My only quibbles would be the plethora of small plastic bottles of toiletries from UK and the fact the swimming pool didn't feel like it was heated (which I know are contradictory concerns). Directions from the airport giving highway exit would be helpful as Google Map link doesn't give that and we thought the street name was a town and overshot be 14kms. Also don't expect white sand - it is grey. We stayed at the Amathus after this and Four Seasons is worth the extra. Although Amathus had some good points too.

Four Seasons is Four Seasons for a reason, superb facility with plenty of dining options, bars, terrasses. The hotel has a private beach, and all the comfort you can think of snd expect from a 5star hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the staff/customer ratio is high, which means you never wait, and everything is always clean. A Cyprus gem ! Only downside is the distance from Limassol old town (20 minutes drive)

Amenity and service was premium quality. Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was outstanding and a wide variety on offer. Ample parking if you go with a car. Guaranteed you will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and fantastic service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was the main issue. Parking for residents should be prioritized and visitors should be taken to the underground carpark. Often we have to prove to security that we’re residents and then park at the last bay underground and then walk up with a baby.

The hotel is gorgeous, the beach, the amenities ... the breakfast was phenomenal (as was all the food)! I am still dreaming of the breakfast selection, so fresh and delicious. The staff was as accommodating and as friendly as we have ever met. Beautiful room and perfect pillows. Just an amazing experience. Limassol is a great area w/ a cool historic district and some delicious restaurants around. We were there in November but still had perfect beach weather. Some of the cutest cats on the island: ) I look forward to returning.

The chefs were amazing accommodating my gluten free diet, all good was delicious from breakfast to a la carte in the main restaurant and on our Anniversary we are in the Chinese restaurant. The coffees and ice creams were delicious in Colours Cafe. The sunbeds and pool areas were relaxing, and the gym was well equipped. The whole property was immaculately clean. The staff picked up on our wedding anniversary when I booked a restaurant for dinner and we came back to a lovely surprise bottle of fizz in the room, thank you! Very thoughtful

super good service, nice fascilities. good spa and massage. breakfast could be better for this price point, should have at least 3-5 chefs cooking at breakfast buffe but only saw 1, great cook but still too few. sloppy housekeeping, missing 1 towel first day and didnt change the finished toiletpaper roll 2nd day. overall recommend

My stay at the Four Seasons Limassol was nothing short of outstanding. This property far exceeded my expectations and, in many ways, even surpassed several Four Seasons hotels I’ve stayed at globally. Although it is independently owned and not part of the international Four Seasons chain, it absolutely lives up to — and even redefines — the level of luxury and service you would expect from the brand. From the moment I arrived, every detail was flawless: the warm welcome, beautifully maintained grounds, stunning design, and impeccable service made for an unforgettable experience. The rooms are elegant, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. The dining options were world-class, the spa facilities superb, and the entire atmosphere was one of relaxed sophistication. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure my stay was perfect. If you’re looking for true luxury in Cyprus, I can’t recommend the Four Seasons Limassol highly enough. It’s a standalone gem that sets a very high standard — truly one of the best resort experiences I’ve had.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. First and foremost, the staff were the highlight of the stay, consistently demonstrating exceptional politeness and a genuine willingness to assist with any request. However, the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. Despite claims of refurbishment, the hotel\'s dated 1980s style is strikingly apparent. The revamp seems to have done little to modernize the space, and the furnishings certainly do not meet the standard expected of a Four Seasons, or even a five-star hotel in general. While the mattress provided a surprisingly comfortable night\'s sleep, the overall ambiance of the room was lackluster. Although the amenities were decent, they lacked the "wow factor" typically associated with Four Seasons properties. Given the high price point, the overall value for money was underwhelming. Would I stay again? Maybe not compared to the other 5 star chains that offer much more. However, if the hotel wishes to truly live up to its reputation, a more substantial overhaul is necessary to elevate the guest experience and justify the premium pricing.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff are super friendly and I have no complaints. The breakfast was magnificent and the room service dining is fast and efficient. I will definitely be back and cannot recommend this hotel enough. The check in and out process was speedy and welcoming. The hotel decor and interior is modern and sleek. The hotel smells amazing too. I enjoyed everything about this stay.

Not a real Four Seasons and it is very obvious. We knew this coming in thankfully. Just be aware it is not at that level. It is more like a luxury collection Park Lane, and we prefer Park Lane slightly more (but that too is not a true luxury hotel like Peninsula, St Regis, etc). The chinese food is the highlight of this hotel. The rooms are unfortunately very noisy even on the "penthouse" 6th floor. If you are late night/late morning person it will annoy you endlessly. For Limassol Cyprus it is almost as good as you can get but next time we will try Amara.

The hotel is beautiful and looks brand new. The Chinese restaurant was expensive but the food was so good that it was value for money. The service is great, the people who work here are very kind. The employees seemed very happy with their work and how well the hotel treats them.
