Avila Lighthouse Suites

The resort was under major construction with limited rooms, lots of workers around, limited parking spaces, spotty and sometimes nonexistent wifi. Even with limited rooms booked it took housekeeping until 4pm most days to clean room. The resort is lovely, but don't feel like I got the full experience yet paid top dollar.

Our stay was delightful. The property, although undergoing renovation is lovely. We had a beautiful room on the beach. The breakfast was tasty and staff so accommodating. The outdoor pool was lovely and refreshing. They have done an excellent job with sound proofing the rooms when door are closed. Only downside was the lack of kitchen amenities. No plates or silverware and limited ability to eat in room. But, for location, ambiences, gardens and overall cleanliness, I give it five stars.

Room was very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Nice pool, patio, firepits, cornhole, close to several good restaurants and wine establishments. Overall fun trip for a couple of days.
