The hotel smelled badly when I walked in the lobby, the ice machine was broken in the hotel lobby. Only ice machine in the building. The front desk person went and got ice from somewhere in the back office. I don't know where or what he got it out. It was very unsettling. Got in the elevator to the second floor. The carpet was dirty in the hallway. Carpet baseboards were lying on the floor. The windows in the hallway were so dirty you couldn't see through them . When I open the door to my bedroom it looked nice, but then I see dirty socks underneath the dresser from a previous night, a empty water bottle that I accidentally kicked from underneath the bed, a dead bug on the ice tray in the. Turn down the air conditioner and a roach came out, took a video of another roach, crawling on the wall above my bed on the ceiling. And the ceiling there was a whole where wires were sticking out from as if a ceiling fan had been removed, but the wires were exposed from the hole.

Staff was wonderful! Bed was comfy and the room was spacious. It was a bit noisy with traffic and surrounding rooms, but quieted down enough for a relaxing night of sleep. The parking lot was pretty tight, I might have gotten the last empty spot, but thankfully i found a spot. Reasonably priced,too.

The wardrobe was broken so could not hang clothes office notified but was never remedied in 3 day stay.., the bathroom vent could hear outside traffic, the sink would only turn for hot water , shower head pipes were exposed. Front Door was not sealed sound and ants came in.. mousetraps in numerous location. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was personable. Constantly had to have the door rekeyed..

A few more handicapp parking spots would've been great. It's a little tight getting into a parking spot, but doable. Excellent staff; great room for the money; convenient to get to; all the great things one looks for.

This place is in serious need of structural updates. We had a second floor room and could feel the floor boards move beneath the carpet. The walls need better sound proofing…we could hear everything in the next door room and the traffic from the freeway. We got locked in our room because the deadbolt latch froze in the locked position. It took finagling and got it undone. Kids running on the second floor balcony outside room at midnight and people outside the doors smoking pot and talking loudly on their speaker phone. I know the last two are beyond the hotel’s control but it just added to the disappointment of the stay.

Our room was clean on a daily bases with fresh towels and all necessary amenities. Very quite. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly if we visit California and the area we will definitely recommend stay at the BW establishment.

I had to make an emergency trip to Vacaville and had been sleeping on my daughter's couch. After a long night of little sleep and a very long day of helping her close out everything to move, I needed to sleep in a bed. I reserved this room late in the evening mostly because it was pretty close to her apartment. I was dismayed by what I saw when I opened the door to the room. This motel is poorly maintained. The room was minimally cleaned. The door opens to the parking lot. The door lock was broken so the clerk suggested I put a chair in front of it. The shower was not clean. Towels were stained. There was human discharge (snot or worse) on the wall. It evidently has been a very long time since carpets were cleaned. The toilet hardly worked. The clock didn't even work. I have never stayed in a place where I felt so unsafe. I arrived late at night and once I saw the condition of the room, I immediately began to look for a different hotel. After several phone calls, it became apparent nothing was available. The desk clerk was the only bright spot. He tried to assuage my situation however no other rooms were available. Although I reserved for multiple nights, I could not check out fast enough the following morning. The next day, I found a much more respectable hotel and checked in immediately.

Upon entering the room, there was a smell of sewage and smoke. Going into the restroom it was full of flies. Front desk was helpful as we returned immediately to inform her of the conditions of the room. She was able to refund our room fee.

The room was good, except for the extremely loud heat/ac! They need to be replaced! Also, I was not given a Check out Receipt, upon request, which should be given, regardless, especially upon request, and when I had to give a $100 Room Deposit! So, I want the receipt .

We weren’t able to access the internet during our stay even we tried to get tech help. The vanity and bathroom light had motion detectors so it was a problem during the night. Bathroom sink had no water pressure so wasn’t usable.

Staff is amazing, we have been staying at this hotel every month on our trips since August of 2023. We choose this hotel because of the staff. The hotel itself may be a little outdated and could use some upgrades but it's always clean, the breakfast is great and the staff is always friendly, smiling and helpful.

It would have been a good stay but after requesting and receiving approval for a late checkout, we had housekeeping and a manager pounding on our door, asking us when we were leaving. It's clear that desk staff do not communicate information from shift to shift.

The staff was friendly, professional and willing to help out and make your stay enjoyable. We've stayed here before and wouldn't go anywhere else if we stay in this area. Great breakfast, only would recommend a hot cereal, perhaps the quacker oats in individual serving packets. Perfect for this cold weather.

We stayed in room 131 asked for 2 days for room service just got ignored. Beds were never made towels were never changed. And all house keeping did was make excuses why it was never done. Fowel smell it smelled old and toilet issues from day one.

Rooms are comfortable and clean and relatively spacious for a basic economical overnight stay. Parking is very close to your room. Very easy to walk to a few restaurants, mini-mart, and grocery store. Right off the freeway.

Location is convenient, it is located near the shops, restaurants and close to the freeway. Breakfast was very good. Small refrigerator was making noise and it was little disturbing during the night. Otherwise, everything was pretty good.

Great value for what we paid. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker worked well. We actually extended our stay for 4 more days. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful.

This property is old, but fine. Positives: The room was well used, but clean. The amenities are good (refrigerator, microwave, & coffeemaker). Breakfast is included. The staff was friendly and available. Negatives: It's right next to the freeway so if you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend it. The TV was difficult to figure out (2 remotes and no instructions). Breakfast is included and was supposed to go until 10:00 am on the weekends, but when I showed up at 9:30 it was all cleaned up (and the staff had no idea that it was supposed to go until 10, but the information in the room said 6-10 am on weekends - I double checked).

Pros: Nice staff, adequate facilities, easy booking, bed was very comfortable. Cons: Breafast wasn’t replenished for people in the latter part of the breakfast timeframe, flies in the lobby while eating, Orbitz advertised cribs but staff on site had none, instructions for the TV didn’t match the remote and set in the room.

Overnight stay for a birthday party in town. Had to leave early for the airport so had only enough time to grab a plate of bacon, eggs and potatoes for breakfast. Best breakfast EVER! Bacon was cooked perfectly and the potatoes were crispy and crunchy on the outside but soft in the middle. Very impressive. I’d stay again just for the breakfast. And the young gal who was serving it was super nice as I was early to the buffet and making a mess in my haste.

Pawgust! At this location pets stay free in August. Stayed twice in one week. New carpet and vinyl planks in the rooms. A/C cranked out cool air during our 105° weather outside stay. I see the word Heritage as it reminds me of Best Western standards of days gone by. The breakfast food was cooked fresh (cooked Chorizo, my wife raved about its flavor, sausages were fantastic), the beverages were cold. The Staff was so engaging and kind. Is it an older location yes. Do they maintain it? Absolutely. Can you find things to complain about? Possibly. But the service, the price, the quality of the ammenities won us over. We will be back... Also, the surrounding businesses. The Grocery store across the street ( Nugget Market) will blow you away.
