Quality Inn & Suites Vacaville

Basic basic property. Clean, but sparse. Pool was green, hot tub was not working. Breakfast was meager, all carbs and a little fruit. All room doors open to the parking lot, little security and there were police cars there the entire time we stayed.

The Breakfast was great the staff was great the hot tub wasn't working again. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and the hot tub wasn't working. Witch was kinda disappointing

It was a clean, comfortable room, friendly staff. All good except ice machine was not working.

Parking areas was trashy and random vehicles were parked in the perimeter of the property some bricked were even on sale

I wish we had known that pool was not operational. It was 90 degrees and all we could do was sit in our room and watch TV.

Breakfast was awful…only 3 apples and only waffles…room was dirty only 8 channels work on the tv and the pool and hot tub was closed…

Ice machine was broken

The staff warmly greeted us upon arrival. The room was clean and roomy. Parking was a breeze!

Toilet seat was loose, light in vanity area didn’t work. Shower door handle was loose. Ice machine wasn’t working, had to work to other side of building for ice.

First, got to the hotel to find out the pool was not going to be open during our stay and no portable cribs for infants. First strike. Got to the room to find a some minor damage to the tile, dresser, and door frame, no privacy sign, not as clean as I would have liked, and it definitely smelled like it had been smoked in (despite the signs stating a smoke free property), with the bathroom and the drawer between the beds smelling particularly of marijuana. Strike two. The advertised continental breakfast was very limited and not kept well stocked. You were lucky to get a bottle of water, no juice options, and you better like waffles, toast, or cereal, because that was basically it. Strike three. Also got a notice of a $49 charge on my credit card, so I'll be watching my bank statement to see if they charge me for any damage that was already present.

Bed was comfortable. Desk staff pleasant. Mosquitos in the shower..shower needed detail cleaning.

There were ants in the room and dead bugs and it smelled like cigarettes in a non-smoking area.

Shower was moldy. It seems as though whenever we get a discounted room, we get the one of their worst room. We couldn't adjust the heater. We had to turn it off. Also, the sink drained slow

It was the most awful experience I have ever had at this hotel, I have stayed in the past and it was not this bad. The first room I was assigned to was dirty when I opened the door, the next room has soiled laundry outside the front door that stayed there for the duration of my stay, the room smelled of old cigarette smoke, had toilet paper in the corner and blood splat on the bathroom wall. It felt unclean and unsafe. I came down with a flu virus the evening after I checked out. I do not recommend this hotel

the front staff lady was very nice to us. but he room smell like humidity and we saw a couple of roaches in the room , won't be staying here again,, carpet was dirty.

No cold water to make shower tolerable. Very hot for first couple of minutes and then hot gradually cooled until cold. Never experienced anything like that before. “Free” internet was not functional. Would not book again.

A/C not working - room wiring all screwed up, had to sleep with all the overhead lights on to keep the refrigerator-microwave-TV on. No remote for the TV - phone dead. Front desk kept promising it would be fixed, but after 3 days, no one came. The room below us, over our balcony, had several people working to repair a car for the 3 days. It was up on jacks and other cars kept coming by - day and night - to work on car and try to jump start it. We truly could not believe all of this! Never had such an awful experience in over 50 years of travel.

Price was reasonable. Called front desk about the internet being down. They hadn't heard.about the issue. Did nothing to resolve. No ELEVATOR

Check in was perdect: fast and very friendly lady. Room is large, with extremely comfortable beds, bathroom is very convenient with a separate room for toilet/shower. Overal, very nice room. My ONE HUGE issue was i specifically requested a non smoking room, hotel management immediately answered "we'll do that". But at check in the room had a strong cigarette smell. Went to lobby and ask for another room and it also had a very strong cigarette smell. I went to ask for another room but my friends complained that i was annoying, so i gave up. Left the door and window open for hours, but didnt sleep the first night because of the smell. Next day, AC on akl day with window open and it was better when we came back. There are no "non smoking" signs anywhere, so i dont know if it's allowed to smoke inside the room. In that case, the hotel should have let me know ar booking that they cannot provide non smoking room.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was well stocked right up until the end with lots of choices. The area was nice and quiet with lots of parking close by. Would stay again.

Clean room and staff was amazing

Both front desk agents (Vanessa and I didnt get the other agents name) they were fabulous and accommodating. The rooms were fair and clean. Our overall stay was good and customer service was the best.

I had to call for directions, and the staff ACTUALLY answer the phone! Awesome! The property is tucked behind a storage conglomerate on a dead end street so I had to get verbal directions. The staff was friendly and great! The room was perfect; the lamp shade was cracked but did not affect lighting. Highly recommend!!!

Worst hotel experience of my entire life, and we stay at hotels frequently - for both getaways and for work. We weren't looking for luxury, and were a little surprised at how dirty the room was - just old and dirty, the kind of place you make sure not to put your bags on the floor for fear of bedbugs getting in - and something was itchy in the sheets although we didn't see visible bugs, and no idea what the thick white stuff was all over the floor of the shower! Super gross. But we didn't see any cockroaches or anything, and I brought in Clorox wipes to wipe surfaces down. So we were, like, whatever, we just want a place to sleep. But the front desk woman made our trip a hell with her insanity and rudeness, at a level I've never experienced before. I made a 2-night reservation via Expedia in my name. My fiancé was going to meet me there after working in Sacramento that day, so I called the hotel around 2 pm to give them his name so he could maybe get the key before I arrived. Unbeknownst to us, she screwed up and completely canceled my reservation and made a new reservation in his name. Although I'd wanted to pay, my fiancé said agreed to charge his card for the first night so they could give him a room key before I arrived In the morning, she refused to admit she'd canceled our 2nd night reservation and refused to assist in communicating with Expedia to fix the situation so we weren't charged twice and asked me to leave. It was her mistake! We had to find a new hotel.

We checked into our room and the room was dirty, issues with the TV and 3 beds propped up against walls inside our room. When my mom called to tell the hotel we need to be switched rooms the second day the worker was rude, wouldn't answer and hung up on her several times. They then called me from a private number. A complaint has been filed with corporate already. I will not stay there again. We will be getting our money back due to the lack in customer service skills, attitude and uncleanliness of the room. .

The fire alarm went off in our room. Could not figure out why because we did not smoke. The only thing we did when we first arrived is take a hot shower. My girlfriend took one first i went in after her.. and i assume because of the steam the fire alarm went off. The alarm was extremely loud! Unbearable the front desk person came to our room asked us if we were smoking, we said no. She then went on to say the onky way the alarm will sound is if we are smoking in the room. And if the fire department arrives they charge the hotel so in turn we will lose our 200$ deposit because thats what the deposit is for to cover these incidents. I was very upset and said we did not smoke we only took hot showers! And she walked away! The alarm continued for what seemed like forever! Nobody came to help turn ut off we had to figure out how to do it ourselves.... finally i covered the alarm with my hand and that worked! Checked my bill and it looks like i was charged the 200$. Not staying at this location again.

People next to me partied til 530 in the morning. The phone in the room did not work. Called at least 10 times from my cell phone to front desk and nobody ever picked up. Customer service for very incovient night was non existent. I was told they would relay message to manager and have heard nothing so i paid to get NO sleep and no customer service

It's across the street from a peacock farm. They screamed and were noisy all night, so no sleep. Technically not the fault of the hotel, but will never stay here again.

Location is hidden quietly behind Gas & Fast Foods. Pleasantly Clean and sanitized, cozy.

End of a dead end road, felt a little sketchy. Front desk very pleasant, friendly. Accidently charged deposit twice, but cleared up quickly.

Did not check in once i approached hotel and mattresses were thrown out in front..was in a dark area..it was a hard No for me

This property was a great stay, was more than I expected, just out of the way and hard to get to hotel.

In over 40 years of travel, I’ve never encountered a motel/hotel that ends breakfast service that early on a weekend. Management should reconsider; at the very least, extend it to 10 a.m., or don’t offer it at all. We had to head to Starbucks and spend an extra $40 for the family—definitely not ideal.

Peeling paint in the room, door to room old looking paint,found an insect on my bed, , breakfast was just packaged muffins and cold hard boiled eggs, you could make your own waffles, friendly staff.

Great value for money, friendly and helpful staff, and a first class breakfast bar that was clean, well-stocked, and inviting.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was amazing, very polite. The room was a very nice and well kept room. The breakfast was very good as well. Well stocked and ready for a hungry traveler.
