Clean room, but lots of maintenance required bathrooms are clearly been upgraded but the rest of the bedrooms and communal areas needed to follow. What lets sit down as well is not being able to eat in the hotel.

Room was large, and adequately decorated for the price of the room. No bar / restaurant which was a shame, needed to go toanother pub along the road. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was lovely, not much options but good. Would go back if need a quick over night stop.

Hotel very run down, maintenance non existent. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling above bed. Dust everywhere, unable to see out of windows so dirty. Crack in bathroom sink, bath stained and dirty. One bed was stained terrible down the side. On the up breakfast was lovely but tables very sticky so crockery sticking. Apparently this hotel was/is used for homeless people?
