Lovely little spot with great staff…at check in the lady walked me to my room rather than just point me in the right direction, and the chap at breakfast was lovely. Room (double) was comfortable and all nice and clean.

Very good hotel in fine building in beautuful Rutland town not far from Oakham, Rutland Water, and Stamford. Room was a good size, ckean and quiet. Recrption area light and airy and good place for a drink or a bite to eat.All staff were polite and helpful. Good value for what we paid. Would recommend.

This is a very nice hotel ,the room we had was fantastic.We loved the history of the hotel and its location.The staff where faultless ,from the check in desk ,the catering,and the bar staff also the room was nice and clean.We cold not fault this place.
