To say I was thoroughly disgusted is an understatement. There were 2 towels in the room when we got there for 4 people. We requested 2 more towels and they said they didn't have any, but would bring them later. There was a lady arguing with the staff that she wanted a refund for her stay because she refused to stay in a room where the bedding was dirty. They told her she would only get a partial refund because the room had to be cleaned again. She said she shouldn't have to pay for the room to be cleaned when it obviously hadn't been cleaned properly before she arrived. I swept the floor when we got there because and wished I had a vacuum, because I walked around the room in bare feet after I took a shower and the bottom of my feet were black. The shower did not drain and had mold, which we had to have them come fix. There were stains on the bedding and gum stuck to the side of the headboard. We called the front desk about neighbors having a party and blasting music late one night while we were trying to sleep, they said they would take care of it, but never came and the noise continued for another hour. We were booked for 9 nights. We went to request clean towels the afternoon of night 5 and were asked what was wrong with the towels we had. We explained that we'd been using the same towels since we arrived and would like some clean ones. They took the old towels, said they didn't have any but would bring some later. That night my son used hand towels after his shower.

It's a very dirty hotel run without sufficient resources to maintain the property. Safety concerns: - They provided me a replacement key without even asking my name. - There are people waiting out in cars in the parking lot; sketchy things are going on at this hotel.

Booked from a third party. Some mix up with reservations they did not have when I arrived. So they gave us a room that had a hot tub in it. Weird set up. Anyway room did not seem ready for occupation. Carpet had not been vacuumed for quit some time. 1 towel and 1 bar of soap, no other supplies. Unclean in other areas. If it had not been so late we would of just walked away and gone elsewhere.

The rooms are very old smelled like an old storage unit at a storage facility. Carpet has tears and stains on bed sheets.

The staff were nice people, but the property maintenance needs works. The carpet was dirty, the shower curtain was moldy, trash was left in the parking lot, no cups in the room for water, no tissue in the container, and we saw a few cockroaches. The ceiling leaked onto our belongings when it rained so we called the office to report it and they said they would contact maintenance. The next day, the leak stopped because the rain stopped, but the wet towel on the coffee table to absorb the leak was not touched. Nothing else was said to us about it. We received no maid service and there were only 2 bath towels in the room. Since we used one towel for the leak, I went to the office to ask for another, but it was closed temporarily. I then went to the laundry room to ask for a towel and she showed irritation that I stepped in to get her attention.
