Room was great. Location isn’t great if you rely on transport. Underground parking is available but check in staff don’t encourage using it which is odd. Located near the motorway, can be noisy if window open. For the price of stay and limited dining options nearby, breakfast should be included for all guests.

Als uitvalbasis gekozen voor verkennen van de omgeving. Gedateerde badkamer met een bad, was lastig om er staand in te douchen, was niet erg comfortabel. Bed was wel goed, en zeer ruime kamer. hotel-parkeerplaatsen in ondergrondse met ruim voldoende plaatsen. Zeker omdat het ex. ontbijt is, achteraf gezien vonden we de prijs wat aan de hoge kant. Zal vast door de locatie zijn. Volgende keer nemen we wat verder weg van Dublin. Vriendelijke en behulpzame checkin, en gezellige schoonmaakteam! Genoeg selfservice wasserettes in de buurt voor een wasje (diverse pompstations in de buurt, hebben een paar wasmachines, een wasbeurt is 30 minuten voor ongeveer 4 euro is wel )

The room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the flexibility to park our car before our official check in time with a departure from the parking garage long after we checked out. Thank you!

Staff are excellent, Noth restaurant is first class. Guest parking is safe and secure. All over a first class experience.

The Address is a lovely hotel. We were welcomed by a very nice young man, who couldn't do enough for us. Anything we needed, he was just a call away. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom spotless. We dined in the Mcgettigan cookhouse. The food was delicious. Breakfast next morning was excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Had a lovely stay.

De locatie was prima, we hebben hier de laatste nacht voor de terugvlucht naar huis overnacht. Direct bij aankomst haren in het bed, we hebben een melding gemaakt van de vieze kamer bij de receptie. Het bed is verschoond maar de kamer blijft smerig, haren in de badkamer, tandenstokers van vorige gasten. Bah! De kamergrootte was prima, echter het 2-persoons bed erg klein (140) en een oud / hard matras. Geen aanrader dit hotel! Erg jammer, zeker voor de prijs.

Hotellet uppgavs ligga i centrala Dublin. Det var plus 10 km till centrum. Vi lade ner mycket tid och pengar på transport till centrum av Dublin. Mycket oljud från motorvägen dom låg alldeles bredvid hotellet. I övrigt rent och trevliga rum. God frukost. Men personalen i receptionen var inte serviceminded. Hälsade inte och kunde inte svara på frågor.

The property was well kept, the staff were helpful and kind, and the room was clean and had everything we needed! Would stay again!

Hotel room was clean. The only issue was I ordered food for collection and asked for a call when it was ready for collection which they forgot to phone me. The food was stone cold. The restaurant were not interested in the fact their food was cold and they still charged for non edible food. There is also a terrible smell of rotten eggs coming from the restaurant drain. I was advised this was being looked into. Apart from this issue everything was good.

Here's the good: a night manager (I assume) who seemed to be everywhere, checking on everything and resolving problems. Very impressive. The hotel is also design led and they've put real effort into a thoughtful and consistent look. However, the rooms were uncomfortably hot, even on a night where I needed a light jacket outside. The windows only open a few centimetres and, even then, let in a lot of road noise and pollution as the hotel is next to a main arterial road into Dublin. Honestly, if they're not going to put in air conditioning, they need ceiling fans and innovative ventilation that lets in fresh air but keeps out noise Breakfast was ok but supermarket sliced bread and pre-packaged sliced fruit. Not great There also seemed to bed lot of noisy guests partying later into the night. I asked to be moved (and was) Overall, not competitive

was very hot in room and can't open the window, there is also no aircon. however a fan was provided in the room so that did help.

The only thing was the mattress didn’t agree with me but I usually use a plush pillow top. Everything else was great !

Overall a decent stay, but the mattress was way too soft and might be in need of replacement (a lot of roll).

Good basic business hotel for short trips. Ask for a quiet room else the road noise is distracting.

The reception was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and the restaurant had great ambience and service. Unfortunately, Our room was on the ground floor and no air conditioning in the room, we needed to open the window for some air circulation but the room was facing the highway, it was very noisy. Bathroom is still the old style of shower in the bathtub with shower curtain. ( it doesn’t look like 4Start hotel’s bathroom)

My room was overlooking the highway and I found it very difficult to sleep due to the noise. The room was ok but quite outdated for the price. Staff is great and very helpful, there is a good and friendly atmosphere in the hotel.

The welcome to the hotel was very warm, all staff were very helpful. The hotel room was very large, bed comfortable but would recommend a mattress topper to have just a bit more softness. Slippers and housecoat available for sauna.

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen welches wir gebucht haben. Wir haben ein Zimmer Zimmer gebucht mit zwei Einzelnen Betten und einem Doppelbett für drei Personen. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett und einem Doppelbett. Sie können sich vorstellen das wir nicht zufrieden waren. Gruß Jens Braunschweiger.

Booked via Hotels - I book 100+ nights a year with them. I turn up - and the place is like a childrens warzone. Nobody at reception - finally found a staff member after 10 minutes, who phoned for someone to come down. Turns out all of the first floor is given over to asylum seekers - hence all the kids running around (the hotel is out of town, so there's not really anywhere for them to go). I am not against kids having a good time, or refugees - we have had two living in our house for nine months - but staying in a hotel where we wanted peace and quiet when it full of bored kids running around would not be my choice. Which I explained to the receptionist when I asked if I could cancel without penalty - yes was the answer - apparently he understood our reasoning. So I booked another local hotel and we left. The same day - there is one night's accommodation charged to my credit card. I phoned hotels, it was remarkably difficult to get the sequence of events to be understood - but after he called the hotel - I am told the charge stands, as it was a condition on the booking. Well, as far as I am concerned, I asked, as was told I could cancel without penalty. Plus - the hotel was misrepresented - whether that is the hotel's fault or that of Hotels.com I really don't care. If I had known ahead that I was booking into a cross between an asylum seekers hotel and a kids holiday camp - I would not have booked in the first place. Seriously unamused with both the hotel, and Hotels.com

Lovely hotel with good public transport links into Dublin Centre. Room to a good standard with bath robes and slippers provided. Staff friendly and helpful . Restaurant evening meals were very good and good value

Great place to stay on the outskirts of Dublin. Easy to find after leaving the ferry and is located close to a park & ride which is convenient for getting into Dublin. Hotel is lovely, rooms spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and attentive and the restaurant is great with a good menu and again amazing staff

Business trip this time around hotel a little bit off the beaten track but all okay

Sehr nettes Personal. Leider gab es nur eine Busverbindung in die Innenstadt. Diese fuhr zu dem nur 1x pro Stunde ! Und benötigte dann auch noch 58 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum!

The staff were all exceptional… beyond exceptional!! The property was clean and the onsite restaurant was great. It is quite far from city centre and there are no convenience stored nearby but an Uber ride to any tours was less than half an hour ride.

Perfect first night stay in Ireland for a trip around the country; escapes the hubbub of city center. Will definitely be staying again at Address Citywest.

etwas abseits gelegen, ansonsten ganz gut, nettes Personal, eine kleine aber gute Speisenauswahl im dazugehörigen Restaurant, Frühstück war etwas spartanisch (nur Orangenmarmelade und 1 Sorte Aufschnitt von dem auch nur noch 2 Scheiben lagen), aber leckeres Rührei und wir sind trotzdem satt geworden ;-)

Super friendly staff and breakfast was great

Loved the staff, room was large and nice. But two things made it less than stellar. No food available after nine thirty pm, not even a packet of crisps or peanuts. That is just crazy. Especially with no pub or restaurant within walking distance. The second issue was a broken window that caused me to hear highway noise all night long.

The hotel is lovely but the food was atrocious. I ordered the fish and chips for dinner: it looked re-heated and the worst fish and chips I've had in my life. Didn't want to eat it but ate less than half of it as I was super hungry. Otherwise I would have complained. And then I had the brekkie the next day and the black pudding was in the same hotplate as the baked beans. They were both under the same cover. I mean, who does this? Beans are vegetarian and no vegetarian will ever touch those beans. Will never have food there again if I stay there, which I certainly may do due to the location.
