Mercure Hotel Raphael Wien

Las camas no son muy buenas. Pero el sauna es una maravilla.

Experience correcta a nivel general pero pesima en cuanto al descanso por la noche. Se escucha cualquier ruido del hotel (puertas de asensor, pasos de otros inquilinos...). Pero lo peor es sin duda que llovío en una de las dos noches que estuve allí. El ruido de las gotas sobre las ventanas de aluminio fue una molestia constante, cosa que no me había pasado en ningún hotel, y mucho menos en un Mercure. Deberían de mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und durch die Bahnanbindung kommt man schnell zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Wien. Direkt an der Mariahilfer Einkaufsstraße gelegen, gelangt man auch zu Fuß problemlos in die Innenstadt mit Museumsquartier, Hofburg, etc. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders sollte das hervorragende Frühstück erwähnt werden, das in einem liebevoll-eingerichteten Raum eingenommen werden kann.

A truly terrible experience. *The hotel's location is not good; it's far from the center and 1.5 km from the metro. *There are no drinks in the room, even for a fee; you only get water from reception if you ask for it. One night they said they ran out of water. *Breakfast is the same every morning; there are no additional or changing items. *There is no area inside the hotel to sit and have a drink, and not even a smoking area outside. *Most of the staff are impolite; they ignore you and pretend not to hear you. They have the toilet key, and even when you ask for it, they tell you to get it from somewhere else. *The hair dryer and other appliances in the room break down, and there are no additional amenities.
