Property was Excellent , Walking distance to Boat House & Nature Park. All staffs are helpful & will guide you well Next to the property we have Garden restaurent , where we get all types of Food

The property was clean and the location was good. That was only the good part. Buffet breakfast was included in the package. But the hotel said breakfast will be served in their other property which was 4 kms away and you need to travel on your own. And now, the worst part is, there is a guy called Thomas taking care of buffet. His behavior was extremely rude and disgusting with people coming from this property. I think the management should get themselves involved and sort their internal issue so that the guests dont suffer. With such bad behavior, you dont feel like eating. Hope some appropriate action would be taken based on this feedback.
