Very nice bar/food area. Bartender and staff were very friendly and welcoming

They use the top floor as a dance party. Not so much fun if you have an early flight the next day

It was a very easy check-in. The food was good in the restaurant. They also had a food spot open late.

Old building need remodeling. Pool is not clean no towels available I had to ask for one . I had to ask to get room service. I will never go back again. Sorry

The property is not very clean. Compared to other locations in other cities/states this is the worst one I have stayed at. The room I was given initially was DIRTY. Hairs everywhere, grime all through the bathroom, toilet seat loose and the room smelled damp. I went to the desk and requested a new room. The 2nd room had a sweater from a previous guest shoved in the corner. Lets me know the rooms don’t get thoroughly cleaned. The outside of the property had a lot of cigarette butts laying around. The pool water was green. It just was not a clean place and we did not get to enjoy the property the 2 days we stayed before our cruise.

Pretty good hotel, BUT $15 for parking ? Absurd!!’

The elevators were broken and we had to hike up and down the stairs with luggage and a child of mine had an asthma attack

- 15$/DAY for parking (no spots available after 8pm). - coffee maker in the room wasn’t working, staff never came by to fix it. - hallways have a funny smell. - staffs barely speak English. - mattress is awfully soft. - staff sitting in the stairwell on their phone 24/7.

The bed was very comfortable! The room and bathroom were very clean!

My room was dirty, there was hair in my bed, in the shower, as well as on the floor

The carpet looked very dirty so when I got out of the shower, I walked on a towel to the bed. The towel was brown when I was done. Overall, it didn’t feel like clean and we were glad we were only there for one night. The person that checked us in was very nice.

Although the staff were very nice, The room was emtremely dated with a very strong mildew smell.

The hotel needs a remodel carpet is old and my room was awful. I looked out the window to only see a brick wall like I was a blind person, and the bathroom was so small your knees touch the door from the toilet. This room was 608 stay away from this room it was awful. I’m very disappointed in this Holiday Inn. One night only was enough.

Bed and pillows were not comfortable

It was just fine. I was sure that breakfast was included, parking or even luggage storage, but we had to pay for all extras. Carpets are old and not clean. The AC and refrigerator were very noisy. But the bathroom was renovated and the bed confort was good.

The bed was super comfortable… Rooms are super small and hard to maneuver your luggage around the beds. hallways can use updating.

They easily accommodated our early check in and gave us a nice size room. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We had the shuttle from the airport. We were told to get picked up at door 5 but exited at door 24. We were told to walk down ( with luggage and in heat). Wrong info- we could have been picked up where we were. The hotel is average- small room and bathroom and restaurant was just good. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.

Whilst I was overnighting for my next flight, the staff on duty that night were pleasant and accommodating. I found it thoughtful that they let us who were checking in know that the hotel kitchen for restaurant dining would close off soon but the option of the cafe was available. I would stay here again as the room was clean and I had amenities of a personal coffee dispenser in the room so was able to grab a cup of coffee before I checked out the next morning.

Rooms and roomy and clean.

Stayed 1 night before going on a cruise, location is only 20 mins from the port and pricing was decent compared to other hotels. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel is because they have a "latin nightclub" on the top floor that you could hear all the way down on the 3rd floor. Anyone who has to get up early to go on their cruise or even for a flight, will not get a very good nights rest. I wish we would have known that before hand so we could have booked a different hotel. The hotel is a little run down and definitely in need of some TLC but it was only for one night so we weren't super bothered. Just keep the noise in mind as it did go on passed 3am so if you are a light sleeper or trying to get some rest, this may not be the place for you.

Staff was terrible and I felt like this hotel was trying to extort me at every chance they got. I booked here specifically because I called and was told the shuttle would take me to the cruise terminal for free. I then asked at check in and was assured the shuttle would take me. The morning of the cruise I was told I needed to pay 14 dollars per person and since I was only a party of 3 the return trip may not be available because they would not got to the cruise terminal for less than 4 passengers. 14 dollars isn’t a lot of money but the issue is that this was 86 dollars I could have used for something else more fun on my vacation. I ended up using uber for 25 dollars including the tip.

I called the day to make sure i would be able to do early check-in at 9:30am since i was getting back from a cruise. They assured me there was not problem with that and i would be able to get my room at that time. When i arrived at 9:30am I was told no rooms are available and i would have to wait until something opened up. I had to wait until 1pm for my room to be ready!!

Good punctual check in. Timely shuttle

The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing! From the front desk and in the restaurant, everyone’s very accommodating. However, I would suggest that the hotel update their vending machines as I paid three dollars for a Gingerale that expired last August in 2024.

I'm here for a cruise I came one day early I literally booked this hotel over others because it said transportation from the airport to hotel and also Local transportation including to the port so it took very close to our before the airport shuttle came to get me even though I called once I got outside and I was told 20 minutes another van comes that's another Holiday Inn site cuz apparently it's four of them why nobody knows then I call again after that one tells me that's not the right one only be to be told that the guy wasn't coming until another 30 minutes their hotel is literally a 10-minute Drive why in the world is he not coming every 15 minutes or 20 minutes once he did drop me off I got checked in went up to my room unpacked ordered food went downstairs to ask a question and I saw the van was still there nobody was getting out nobody was getting in so the transportation just runs when it wants to run I traveled a total of 12 hours today just to get here I was so tired and to not have a regularly running shuttle to the hotel is crazy I mean it's not as if they said if you want a ride call us and let us know what time your flight lands and we'll be there 30 minutes after your flight is supposed to get in that's not what was said so therefore you're supposed to have a regular steady transportation van and the hours that you said that you this site in their own website lied and said they had free Local transportation to the port they wanted to charge me $14 for it this

Staff was incredible, quick & efficient.

I liked the quietness and how clean the room was, didn't like being charged 100.00 deposit for incidentals and 50.00 for parking when we got to the hotel.

Unprofessional and unkind staff. Loud environment, no matter how many noise complaints you make they will not take you seriously.

One of the agent was very rude. I arrived there at 1245pm ish and was told in order for me to get my room at that time I had to pay a fee for early check in. Or to wait until 230pm. When the time arrives I went that lady said they had no room available that I have to wait after 3 pm— so I waited after 10 minutes I went to a gentleman name Robert and he looked me up and assigned me a room. Robert was very pleasant and wonderful gentleman—

After check in, we went to eat at restaurant in hotel and went to add charges to our room and we were told we didn't have a room and very loudly in front of a restaurant full of people we would walk us to the front desk. I paid at the restaurant and was escorted down to the hotel desk. I was told they didn't notice the check-in didn't go through and they didn't notice. After five hours they came and fixed the TV.

The hotel is closed to the airport and offers a shuttle every 30min. The room was big enough for us (a family with 2 kids, 10 and 8yrs old). The room looks old and the air conditioning system is too noisy. Still, good ratio cost/benefit.

A convenient place to stay near the airport.

The location was close to the airport so it was easy to catch our early flight. Parking was easy and convenient.

The rooms were fine. We were over charged at the pizza place they have in the foyer. We bought 3 bottles of water and were charged $50. When we called the hotel customer help desk the lady was unhelpful and unpleasant. She blamed the charge on us when it was her company’s fault. The server upstairs also didn’t tell us there was tip already added to the bill when we paid. The food upstairs was just okay.

I booked because the ad said airport (MIA) and breakfast included but when I go there I was told I had to pay for breakfast.

Great place to stay close to the airport! While the food and the view in the restaurant were great, the service was REALLY slow.

It was a good experience however very surprised that breakfast was not complimentary I have never stayed at a hotel where there was no complimentary breakfast That would be a definite reason for me to not return. When you have an overnight stay at a hotel there is not much you can do because you are tired and you have a long day ahead the next day. So you look forward to breakfast before you check out. Check in and check out was quick and friendly. Beds and bedding is nice along with Dove toiletries. Plugs were loose and didn’t work well for charging devices. There was no toilet paper holder. Long wait for food in the restaurant. Food was good though.
