Place was pleasant very clean. Staff is wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel. Great stay

Very dirty floors

Should of notified us about the renovations in the hotel or alternatively complete the renovations and then make the rooms available

Courtyard chain has been a preferred hotel for my stays in Johannesburg. While the location of their properties which I has stayed multiple times (Sandton & Rosebank) is very good, rooms are very spacious, the staff is very courteous the biggest let down over my past 2/3 stays has been downgrade of their rooms in terms of furniture, maintenance, look and feel. They are dated and need a major upgrade. While room design is dates, Pre-Covid I seldom found broken door handles, Iron, pantry items, etc. There is an Urgent need to upgrade else they will lose a loyal customer.
