We stayed in a Panorama Suite which was spacious, well appointed and good value for the size of the room. Enjoyed watching the horses on the Rosehill track working in the distance early in the morning. Parking is easy and the hotel is very convenient for the Rosehill races. We were disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open - the meals on offer at The Post bar were a poor substitute. However, like many hotels, staffing is obviously an issue. The breakfasts, on the other hand, were fantastic and well priced for a Sydney hotel.

Clean, comfortable stay. 7 min drive ( or 30 min walk) to Parramatta's vibrant restaurant area. Paid $20/day for hotel parking. There's facility for self check in when reception staff wasn't there.

The room was clean and suited our needs for 3 people. The pool and spa was great. Having the option of parking was great having to pay on top of our accommodation fee was not.

Close to Accor stadium. There was a bus service available to take you there which was helpful. Plenty of places to eat. Friendly service, parking available. Would stay at Rydges again.

The only onsite dinning (other than room service) closed at 7pm. Parking was not listed as an additional cost upon reciept of booking confirmation. Upon exiting property it showed the cost of parking at double what it should have been. Yet to recieve payment receipt. Had to request reciept for acvommodation payment. Skirting boards very dusty amd paint chipped. Property needs a good deep clean anð more tegular maintenance.

It was so dirty. The carpet in the hallways looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. We didn’t want to sit in the chairs because they had ,arks all over them so disappointed. I stay at Rydges in Melbourne and it’s always immculate..I was shocked at the sad state of this.

Cleanliness of room could of been better. Previous guests clothes were still on floor. Balcony room but could not access balcony, which was ok however the windows were in desperate need of a clean inside and out. Mini fridge did not keep things cold. Foxtel or Netflix could also be nice as an option. Food was average but nice. Overall I think it was overpriced for what you get.

While the hotel was nice, I had problems with flying roaches in my room. When I politely notified the staff, they acted like this was normal and told me they would clean my room. I went about my business for the day and returned to a clean room, but another roach in my bathroom. Once again I politely and discreetly reported it to the staff and once again they acted like it was normal. No offer to change my room. No offer of a complimentary drink or any sort of compensation for my inconvenience. I went to dinner and on my return I asked the manager about my room and was assured the roach was taken care of. Then I asked how this would happen and they stated these come thrpugh the drain. One would think that if they knew this, the drains would not be such that a 4 inch long by 1 inch wide roach could fit through the drain. Visitors be warned that if you are not comfortable with the possibility of roaches being in your room, do not stay here!

I have always choose the Rydges, however the Rosehill location is one I will never stay at again due to the noise from the road and the over soft bed. The staff were amazing at check in! 5 stars to them.

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was up to date and clean. However there was a musty smell in the roomthat was overpowering, the windows had gap so there was traffic noise (and other street/neighbourhood noise) easily heard into the room despite being on highest floor. Could hear the person in the next room very clearly too.

We stayed there for couple nights and it was awful. The AC system was very noisy to a point that I needed to shut it off only to wake later sweating and turned it back on…. You can also hear the cars on the road all night. We got there almost at midnight tired and we immediately noticed the noisy AC. We asked for another room and supposedly they didn’t have another room available with double beds….. and the double beds were budded next to each other and we ended up separating them…. I will not stay there again.

We stayed there for couple nights and it was awful. The AC system was very noisy to a point that I needed to shut it off only to wake later sweating and turned it back on…. The property itself is fine, the location works for business i was doing.the amenities are great and clean. The noise from 4am was crazy. could not sleep as a result of the heavy road nice and truck braking etc. As for the staff, i cant rate this because there aren't any. I check myself in and out and interact with no one ever. its a sad reality thats crept into our society and i am not a fan of that.

To be honest I was a bit disappointed with the stay at this property, the staff seemed disinterested, to the point that we asked for another cup and spoon in our room as there was three people staying and only two cups, but this never eventuated. The remote disappeared from our room when the cleaner was in, I asked repeatedly for a remote, the two that were supplied never worked even though I was assured they would, then remarkably when we were out the remote reappeared (it was the original remote as the black tape on the back was the same), and it was the original remote. The aircon would continuely switch itself off. The room was very dusty, and we found rubbish around the furniture from previous guests. The restaurant was closed which was not relayed to us. Also, there was no phone in our room, the staff at the front desk insisted that there was one on our desk... Alas no phone... One of our other friends who stayed in the same hotel had cockroaches crawl over them in the middle of the night...

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, shout out to Alexander, Jade and Karen on the helpful information provided. However, there was empty body wash bottle in the shower for the days we were there, the opening and closing of the room doors with a loud bang wasn’t really relaxing the first night we stayed. Mostly enjoyable, comfortable bed and a good breakfast spread. Unsure if I will pay that price again but I do understand it was during holiday period.

I went about my business for the day and returned to a clean room, but another roach in my bathroom. No offer of a complimentary drink or any sort of compensation for my inconvenience. I went to dinner and on my return I asked the manager about my room and was assured the roach was taken care of. Then I asked how this would happen and they stated these come thrpugh the drain. One would think that if they knew this, the drains would not be such that a 4 inch long by 1 inch wide roach could fit through the drain. Visitors be warned that if you are not comfortable with the possibility of roaches being in your room, do not stay here!

We had room service the first night..lasagna was good however the fish & chips were average. Both meals were served only warm and I thought that was because it was room service. We dined at Champs on Sunday night and both of us had the sirloin chips and salad. One steak was good the other a bit chewy. The meals were only warm when served and I had to ask for my meal to be heated up in the microwave also the gravy was only just warm. The meals were served on cold plates which is not ideal. Lastly the restaurant area was quite cold and we needed to put a jacket on to be a bit more comfortable We had breakfast the second morning after reading reviews on how good it was, however it was just average. Maybe because it was Monday and a public holiday however not impressed. The barista made coffee was lovely but was not included in the breakfast. Thank you to the young barista!
