Booked five nights and left after three. I spend dozens of nights a year in hotels on the road for business. I have stayed everywhere from Motel 6 to Fairmont, depending on the occasion. This place was bad by any standard. The moment the elevator opened, the whole floor hit me like a brick wall. A used-diaper smell so strong it was hard to breathe. My room’s air conditioner was dead. After twenty minutes of fighting with it I picked up the phone to call reception. The phone was out of service. I went downstairs. They moved me to the last room they had. It was worse: wet puke stains still damp on the floor, and the whole room reeked of vomit. I was stuck there overnight. When they moved me, they had me swap the towel and soap myself. I had already used them to wash my face on arrival, so I took the clean towel and soap from the new room and put them in the old one. No fresh set for me. Just a swap. The next day they moved me again. That room was cleaner, but the problems were hotel-wide: low water pressure and a shower that never got hotter than lukewarm. Outside, constant construction and heavy traffic. Inside, other guests loud at all hours. When I asked to leave, they told me I could cancel with no penalty and that I would get a full refund. They kept the money for the last two nights anyway. I protested. They now say they are not giving it back. Do not stay here.

No recomendable. Tuve que cambiar de habitación dos veces. En la primera habitación, al llegar por la noche, la cama, sofá, suelo, etc estaba totalmente invadido de hormigas. La segunda habitación que me dieron, tenia una luz fundida y considerando que la habitación solo tenía tres luces, el que una no funcionara era significativo. No había nadie de mantenimiento, hasta dos días después, por lo que me volvieron a cambiar de habitación. La recepcionista que me atendió cuando exprese mi queja sobre la luz, ni me miraba. Solo fija en el móvil y en la pantalla del ordenador, por lo que ni siquiera me sentí escuchada. En todas las habitaciones en las que estuve, la alarma del reloj sono a las 6 de la mañana, por lo que mi sueño se interrumpió, y para colmo, el ruido del aire acondicionado, insoportable.
