Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte in der Ozeanfront Villa und waren restlos begeistert. Die Villa war frisch renoviert und top ausgestattet. Ein paar irrelevant Verbesserungsvorschläge gäbe es zwar (zb mehr Haken für die Handtücher und Bademäntel, verbesserter Regenschutz auf der Terrasse) aber definitiv nichts gravierendes. Es wurde sogar an Dinge gedacht, von denen man gar nicht dachte, dass man sie braucht (zb Xxl-Handtücher, große Regenschirme usw). Es gab mehr Handtücher, als 2 Menschen verbrauchen können. Weiterhin war die Villa mit allen möglichen kostenlosen Angeboten ausgestattet (Tee, Kaffee, tgl ausreichend Wasser, Hygieneartikel etc). Für Nicht-Paare würden wir die Villa jedoch aufgrund der offenen Gestaltung nicht empfehlen. :-D Die Damen vom Housekeeping waren hervorragend. Am Abend gab es tgl einen kleinen Gute-Nacht-Gruß vom Hotel mit Süßigkeit, aufgeschlagenen Bettdecken und zugezogenen Vorhängen. Wenn man irgendwas brauchte, reichte ein kurzer Anruf an der Rezeption und alles wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit erledigt (zb neuen Tee, zweite Bettdecke, Mückenschutz usw). Der Strand ist schön und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir aufgrund der Wellen nicht schwimmen gehen. Dafür hatten wir jedoch einen tollen Pool. Hier sollte man jedoch ab und zu mal unter die Ränder schauen und verlorene Gegenstände zb Bälle bergen. Die Poolkissen und das Spielzeug waren jedoch echt ein Pluspunkt. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich.

Nice size hotel but on a very narrow plot. The beds on the beach were about six rows deep and the ones around the pool were four deep. The sun beds were good but the umbrellas were too small to supply enough shade and you couldn’t move them. Breakfast was good although coffee from the machines was average. Lots of variety and choice in each section. Staff were lovely. We had booked a deluxe room and were very grateful as they are on the ground floor and open directly on to the gardens. They have enough outdoor space for two sun beds, an umbrella and a table and two chairs. We spent most days sitting here as it was lovely and peaceful. The room was large, freshly decorated, with a good size bathroom and excellent shower. Towels were new and fluffy. the king sized bed was at least Emperor sized as it was two queens together so 10’ wide! Hilarious . Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room often not being cleaned until mid afternoon and one day not at all until chased. The gym was really not up to scratch. Small with very old machines and the exchangeable hand holds were missing so we couldn’t use most of them. The mats were dirty and ripped. Very disappointing as everything else was great.

Vom ersten Moment hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Ein sehr großer Pool für Erwachsene sowie zwei Pools Für Kinder, Direkt am sehr schönen Strand (Zudem sehr sauber, was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist) Und jeden Morgen ein super großes Frühstücksangebot haben das tägliche Angebot abgerundet. Cocktails für Verhältnisse sehr günstig ca 4€ (In Gläsern und nicht in Plastikgläsern) in der Happy Hour! Ich persönlich habe sehr oft den kostenlosen Fahrradverleih genutzt, um Local Essen zu holen. Der Fitnessraum bietet auch ausreichend Gelegenheiten, Der Raum für Kinder bietet auch ausreichend viel (Zu dem einmal am Tag ein Angebot mit Unterstützung Des Personals -Zum Beispiel kneten) Das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr herausragend-Verschiedenes frisches Obst,Ei Variationen, Täglich ein Frisch gepressten Saft im Angebot,Sushi, Die Möglichkeit draußen oder drinnen zu sitzen… Ich wüsste nicht, woran es gefehlt haben sollte-Toll, fand ich zu dir, dass es täglich „ ein Hotel Zeitung“ gab, die auf vier DIN4 Seiten über die News informierte-toll! Es wird definitiv nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, dass wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben! Danke an das gesamte Personal

Zimmer: mit Privatpool positiv: absolut freundliches Personal sehr guter Room-Servicee, da gab es nichts zu meckern super gutes reichaltiges Frühstück, da ist für jeden etwas dabei und das an einem optisch grandiosem Blick auf den Strand Service jederzeit erreichbar und (ausser siehe unten) absolut makellos viele Freizeit- und SPA-Angebote sehr gutes GYM klasse Poolanlage neutral: man merkt den Zimmer ein gewisses Alter schon an (die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit hat schon Spuren hinterlassen negativ: wir meldeten am ersten Tag 2 Mängel (keine Tür im Raum für die Anlage des Pools, dadurch deutlich hörbar und etwas störend, und ein undichtes Waschbecken, war uns dann auch egal) die Mängel wurden zwar lächelnd und freundlich entgegen genommen, aber leider kümmerte sich niemand um das Problem, schade Fazit: Wir werden jederzeit bedenkenlos wiederkmmen und sprechen hier eine klare Empfehlung aus. Die neutralen und negativen Anmerkungen sind sicher Meckern auf hohem Niveau, allerdings sollte man Mängelmeldungen der Besucher Ernst nehmen, gerade wenn man ein Resort dieser Klasse ist. unser Fazit: 4,5 von 5 Punkten und danke für den suoer schönen Aufenthalt

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many places. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We received our room ahead of time, even though it didn’t seem possible at first. The room was spacious, in good condition, and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. There was plenty of space in the pool area, and sunbeds were not reserved in advance. I definitely recommend this place, and if I travel here again, I would choose it again.

We really liked our stay at Ramada. Friendly staff, nice pool area and beach. Good varierty of drinks in the pool bar. Good location of hotel, close to restaurants, massage, night market but still quiet. No need to reserve sunbeds early, there is a lot of beds. Nice with freshly squeezed juice in the morning. What needs to be improved is the system for pool towels. They shall be switched when they are cleaning but then you are using them. Better to sign out towels everyday at the pool. Cleaning was sometimes done very late. The water in the pool ruined our swim suites. They all got green. This is something that also need to be looked into. Overall very pleased with our stay and we would recommend the hotell to others.

Fantastiskt hotell precis vid vattnet med magisk utsikt. Rummen är fräscha och service. Är på topp. Ända att anmärka på är att alla solstolar vid stranden är paxade med handdukar trots att bara en tredjedel är där, men det är ju inte hotellets fel.

Nice size hotel but on a very narrow plot. The beds on the beach were about six rows deep and the ones around the pool were four deep. The sun beds were good but the umbrellas were too small to supply enough shade and you couldn’t move them. Breakfast was good although coffee from the machines was average. Lots of variety and choice in each section. Staff were lovely. We had booked a deluxe room and were very grateful as they are on the ground floor and open directly on to the gardens. They have enough outdoor space for two sun beds, an umbrella and a table and two chairs. We spent most days sitting here as it was lovely and peaceful. The room was large, freshly decorated, with a good size bathroom and excellent shower. Towels were new and fluffy. the king sized bed was at least Emperor sized as it was two queens together so 10’ wide! Hilarious . Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room often not being cleaned until mid afternoon and one day not at all until chased. The gym was really not up to scratch. Small with very old machines and the exchangeable hand holds were missing so we couldn’t use most of them. The mats were dirty and ripped. Very disappointing as everything else was great.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Für uns hatte es genau die richtige Grösse. Am Abend etwas zu ausgestorben, während die beiden angrenzenden Hotels jeweils Musik hatten. Dafür war es auch sehr ruhig.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many places. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We received our room ahead of time, even though it didn’t seem possible at first. The room was spacious, in good condition, and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. There was plenty of space in the pool area, and sunbeds were not reserved in advance. I definitely recommend this place, and if I travel here again, I would choose it again.

We really liked our stay at Ramada. Friendly staff, nice pool area and beach. Good varierty of drinks in the pool bar. Good location of hotel, close to restaurants, massage, night market but still quiet. No need to reserve sunbeds early, there is a lot of beds. Nice with freshly squeezed juice in the morning. What needs to be improved is the system for pool towels. They shall be switched when they are cleaning but then you are using them. Better to sign out towels everyday at the pool. Cleaning was sometimes done very late. The water in the pool ruined our swim suites. They all got green. This is something that also need to be looked into. Overall very pleased with our stay and we would recommend the hotell to others.

The ramada hotel is great value for money - lovely beachfront location which is a great base for exploring the local area. The cleanliness and general service standards were first class. We visited in August which is out of season, meaning that the hotel seemed generally quite quiet - sometimes had the pool to ourselves! Really difficult to find any fault with this hotel - the staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to help with any requests. The only feedback we could think of would be the options on the breakfast buffet - whilst great quality many items seemed like those you would expect from an evening or lunch menu. Overall, would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte in der Ozeanfront Villa und waren restlos begeistert. Die Villa war frisch renoviert und top ausgestattet. Ein paar irrelevant Verbesserungsvorschläge gäbe es zwar (zb mehr Haken für die Handtücher und Bademäntel, verbesserter Regenschutz auf der Terrasse) aber definitiv nichts gravierendes. Wonderful stay we just had a real problem with the front door lock which the engineer had to take apart for hours and it got really stressful. A one off glitch probably and everything else was great.

Overall, it was a really nice experience. However, we did face an issue with low water pressure for showering in the evening between 5 and 7 PM. In General the staff were so nice and helpful and I wanted to say thank you to all additionally it would be great if the staff clarified any misunderstandings during conversations by asking again, rather than saying “okay” and proceeding incorrectly or overlooking the request.

Fantastiskt hotell precis vid vattnet med magisk utsikt. Rummen är fräscha och service. Är på topp. Ända att anmärka på är att alla solstolar vid stranden är paxade med handdukar trots att bara en tredjedel är där, men det är ju inte hotellets fel.

Vom ersten Moment hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Ein sehr großer Pool für Erwachsene sowie zwei Pools Für Kinder, Direkt am sehr schönen Strand (Zudem sehr sauber, was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist) Und jeden Morgen ein super großes Frühstücksangebot haben das tägliche Angebot abgerundet. Cocktails für Verhältnisse sehr günstig ca 4€ (In Gläsern und nicht in Plastikgläsern) in der Happy Hour! Ich persönlich habe sehr oft den kostenlosen Fahrradverleih genutzt, um Local Essen zu holen. Der Fitnessraum bietet auch ausreichend Gelegenheiten, Der Raum für Kinder bietet auch ausreichend viel (Zu dem einmal am Tag ein Angebot mit Unterstützung Des Personals -Zum Beispiel kneten) Das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr herausragend-Verschiedenes frisches Obst,Ei Variationen, Täglich ein Frisch gepressten Saft im Angebot,Sushi, Die Möglichkeit draußen oder drinnen zu sitzen… Ich wüsste nicht, woran es gefehlt haben sollte-Toll, fand ich zu dir, dass es täglich „ ein Hotel Zeitung“ gab, die auf vier DIN4 Seiten über die News informierte-toll! The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many places. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We received our room ahead of time, even though it didn’t seem possible at first. The room was spacious, in good condition, and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. There was plenty of space in the pool area, and sunbeds were not reserved in advance. I definitely recommend this place, and if I travel here again, I would choose it again.

Overall, it was a really nice experience. However, we did face an issue with low water pressure for showering in the evening between 5 and 7 PM. In General the staff were so nice and helpful and I wanted to say thank you to all additionally it would be great if the staff clarified any misunderstandings during conversations by asking again, rather than saying “okay” and proceeding incorrectly or overlooking the request.

We had a wonderful stay! The locations are beautiful and comfortable. The service was very good, and they helped us with everything we needed, including taxi from the airport, booking to the Phi Phi Islands, and map and bicycles for our trip to Coconut beach. We loved this resort!

Paradijsje heerlijk strand geschikt voor lange wandelingen. Ook de locatie perfect vlakbij het dorp met allemaal restaurantjes etc. Het dinerbuffet in het hotel was geweldig, net als het ontbijt. Personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Das Hotel ist nicht zu groß und es herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Sehr schöne Pool Anlage und der Strandabschnitt ist auch schön. Vor dem Hotel kann man gut Taxis mieten und Restaurants sind vielfältig in der Umgebung fussläufig zu erreichen.

Fantastiskt hotell precis vid vattnet med magisk utsikt. Rummen är fräscha och service. Är på topp. Ända att anmärka på är att alla solstolar vid stranden är paxade med handdukar trots att bara en tredjedel är där, men det är ju inte hotellets fel.

The ramada hotel is great value for money - lovely beachfront location which is a great base for exploring the local area. The cleanliness and general service standards were first class. We visited in August which is out of season, meaning that the hotel seemed generally quite quiet - sometimes had the pool to ourselves! Really difficult to find any fault with this hotel - the staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to help with any requests. The only feedback we could think of would be the options on the breakfast buffet - whilst great quality many items seemed like those you would expect from an evening or lunch menu. Overall, would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte in der Ozeanfront Villa und waren restlos begeistert. Die Villa war frisch renoviert und top ausgestattet. Ein paar irrelevant Verbesserungsvorschläge gäbe es zwar (zb mehr Haken für die Handtücher und Bademäntel, verbesserter Regenschutz auf der Terrasse) aber definitiv nichts gravierendes. Es wurde sogar an Dinge gedacht, von denen man gar nicht dachte, dass man sie braucht (zb Xxl-Handtücher, große Regenschirme usw). Es gab mehr Handtücher, als 2 Menschen verbrauchen können. Weiterhin war die Villa mit allen möglichen kostenlosen Angeboten ausgestattet (Tee, Kaffee, tgl ausreichend Wasser, Hygieneartikel etc). Für Nicht-Paare würden wir die Villa jedoch aufgrund der offenen Gestaltung nicht empfehlen. :-D Die Damen vom Housekeeping waren hervorragend. Am Abend gab es tgl einen kleinen Gute-Nacht-Gruß vom Hotel mit Süßigkeit, aufgeschlagenen Bettdecken und zugezogenen Vorhängen. Wenn man irgendwas brauchte, reichte ein kurzer Anruf an der Rezeption und alles wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit erledigt (zb neuen Tee, zweite Bettdecke, Mückenschutz usw). Der Strand ist schön und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir aufgrund der Wellen nicht schwimmen gehen. Dafür hatten wir jedoch einen tollen Pool. Hier sollte man jedoch ab und zu mal unter die Ränder schauen und verlorene Gegenstände zb Bälle bergen. Die Poolkissen und das Spielzeug waren jedoch echt ein Pluspunkt. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich.

We really liked our stay at Ramada. Friendly staff, nice pool area and beach. Good varierty of drinks in the pool bar. Good location of hotel, close to restaurants, massage, night market but still quiet. No need to reserve sunbeds early, there is a lot of beds. Nice with freshly squeezed juice in the morning. What needs to be improved is the system for pool towels. They shall be switched when they are cleaning but then you are using them. Better to sign out towels everyday at the pool. Cleaning was sometimes done very late. The water in the pool ruined our swim suites. They all got green. This is something that also need to be looked into. Overall very pleased with our stay and we would recommend the hotell to others.
