Blinking light in ceiling irritating while sleeping. Staff not helpful for billing issues. No manager on site. 3 pm on a Friday.

The gym was good. My niece used it each day of our stay. I myself looked at it as I passed by. The staff was friendly and noticed were were a quickly little group, so they played off that. Gave great suggestions on what to see and do. The place was very clean (and I am a clean freak). Other customers were a nice mix of travelers and people working in the area. We were there to see the elephants in Hugo. I can say the trip was a nice one with lots of laughter and silliness. Your hotel helped us enjoy our little trip.

Oh my, what can i say about the staff at this location. Every one of them are jewels!!! If you ever have to be broke down on Christmas day this is the place to be. The staff went above and beyond to help us get ba k on the road.

The reasons I didn't give it 5 stars all around is we had to wait a while before anyone showed up to check us in. Also, the breakfast buffet was a fail. No coffee, and they had run out of most foods. Several people complained. The property is great, though!

The reasons I didn't give it 5 stars all around is we had to wait a while before anyone showed up to check us in. Also, the breakfast buffet was a fail. No coffee, and they had run out of most foods. Several people complained. The property is great, though!

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Pamela helped us check in. She gave us many ideas for places to eat. She is knowledgeable of the area and seemed to genuinely enjoy interacting with people. Thank you for hiring such great staff.

The hotel itself is nice and newer but I can tell you I thought by paying more I would get top tier hotel and that’s not the case at all. The pool was very small and they do not provide towels by pool area. Next the air conditioning in the room was definitely not what I expected, especially for a newer hotel. The thermostat is sat to 65 the entire time but it literally felt like 70 the whole time not even cool enough to sleep with a sheet. I understand that heat rises and being on 3 floor it will be warmer but it’s 2026 if you pay 150 for a room at a Marriott the AC should be like ice especially in Texas ! Such a turn off for me bc that’s the main thing as a traveler I care about is cold ac and a comfy bed. So I was pretty disappointed and won’t stay again especially when I’ve stayed at the cheaper ones there and the ac was way better. I expected better bc of the name of hotel but not surprised bc it’s Paris Tx ! Also the doors sound extremely loud when the shut !!

Excellent choice for what we were doing, attending a birthday party. Clean and very helpful staff. Breakfast in the morning was good and fresh. Parking was convenient and easy to find the hotel. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was perfect with zero complaints. The hotel looks pretty brand new, and the spaces are very clean and well-maintained. The staff were also incredibly nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.
