Staff was nice. They honor my requests without hesitation. I was impressed about the good customer service. Rooms are clean. What's so cool about the room is the energy efficiency. I like that. Also the stove is tricky at first but you will NEVER here about someone causing a fire because of how "smart" the stove is. The laundry is facilities are nice and clean and you can download this app that tells you when you finish washing and drying clothes and it also gives you a free was when you sign up.

Our stay was fine. We heard a lot of door banging and kids running around until 2:30am which is not the hotels fault. We like that the halls, laundry and outside doors were locked and required a pass key.

Had to wait at checkin for someone to assist me. Sign said use lobby phone to call. Saw no lobby phone! Room was clean and spacious. Kitchenette was nice to have. Mattress was terribly uncomfortable Would have expected a few more in room amenities. Kleenex, dish cloth, some type of coffee maker.Need curtains, blinds do not keep light out of the room.Apparenrly no ice maker on premises. Then need to pro ide ice makers or at least ice trays in room!

I had a late arrival. I received a call from the front desk asking my ETA. I thought it was strange and the front desk is usually 24 hours. But when I arrived, the doors were locked, and the gate, yes a gate, to the front desk was down. There’s a phone between the outside door and inside door you can call, but it too about 20 minutes for someone to arrive. That was a lot after an exhausting drive. Also, I didn’t notice when I arrived, but after getting some rest, I noticed that the room and bathroom had a lot of hair that wasn’t mine. There were also guest walking up and down the halls. Seemed a little sketchy. My first and last time there.

It was a really good stay. The person that checked us in was beyond both Friendly and Professional. I think her name was nicole. The only issue is my card didn't work at the front door when i went out to my car around 10pm. The place was quiet and clean.

The old adage “looks can be deceiving” in place here. Hotel was obviously recently renovated. Front desk only open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Took 10+ rings to get checked in. Area by elevator reeked of weed. Room floor clean, but greasy, from old mop. Bed squeaked, spring were on their last legs. Not a good stay, don't understand how this got a 8.2 rating.

I read the reviews after I was locked in. I was terrified to stay here! Good news: we saw no evidence of roaches, rooms were quite clean, outside of the very dirty floors. Floors look clean as they're new, but dirt doesn't show on them, but they turned our white socks filthy on the bottoms. No hair dryer, no dishes or utensils of any kind. Odd as they habe a kitchen. Not even a plastic cup in bathroom. Checking in felt sketchy. You cant get it front door without being buzzed in regardless of time of day. Worst thing, though, is the smell! My guess it is from a mix of people cooking putrid things. No matter how long you're in your room, you can't get "nose blind" to it. Over all it was fine for a quick overnight stay. Wouldn't return

No coffee pots in room Or anywhere on property unless you buy one, no Iron or ironing board in room, no hair dryer in the room. No cups in the room, had to ask for them. No curtains over the windows so you’re awake as soon as the sun comes up. This was a new place with a full kitchen but nothing to use in it. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where there’s no coffee, coffee pot or hair dryer. We we’re traveling to a funeral and no iron to iron clothes. The front desk said there was one hair dryer and iron for the entire property and bring back as soon as we used it. Would not stay again.

Walked in to kitchenette setting! Full refrigerator, 2burner stove top, microwave! NO POTS OR PANS, DISHES OR SILVERWARE! Room was cramped and they couldn’t be bothered to put a door on where you hang your clothes! Floor felt like it had sand on it! In bathroom there was no hand towel, or place to hang towels after use for them to dry! No tissues and in the morning realized there wasn’t a hairdryer! When I call the front office to maybe get one no one answered…and found out reason why, no one shows up till 9am when most have checked out! We will never stay in this type hotel ever again! Oh and not even a coffee pot! WTH

This is a no frills kind of place. It’s new and clean, but that’s the one real positive. The bed is basically a cot, with a foam mattress on a noisy metal spring platform. The bathroom had a small bar of soap and a small shampoo bottle. The “kitchen” had no dishes or, well, anything other than the fixtures. The walls had to have been made of paper as I could hear conversations all around me. The late check in process was odd albeit effective. I mean, it’s fine, just a little too much like camping for me and I understand the low pricing. It was a place to lie down for the night but not a restful, comfortable room. I think I’ll spend a little more in the future.

Very dirty and loud. Your tired and have to wait for front desk to even let you in the door. They charged my card at checkout by mistake for the deposit instead of refunding it and it’s been impossible to get this corrected.

Took 30 min to get checked in... called and they said just a min.. called again 15 min later and had to wait another 5 for someone to actually show up.. they were not apologetic, barely even said a word.. and i already had limited time to sleep, (literally was there in total for less than 5 hrs..) bed was super uncomfortable, it was like a glorified cot, you could hear every word through the paper thin walls. Just an awful stay.

The gentleman at check-in was genuinely kind, helpful, and accommodating. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. I was especially pleased with how secure the building was - there were cameras covering the entire parking lot and entrance/exit doors required keycard access. I didn't use any of the public facilities (gym etc) but they too were clean and secure. They required a $50 non-refundable deposit for pets but that wasn't surprising - the low room rate kept the price reasonable. DirecTV in the room was a nice bonus as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding service from Nicole and Queisha. Nice, quiet, spacious rooms. Very clean, and close to everything.

The hotel itself seemed to be recently built and was clean and in a fairly good location near many restaurants and shopping. However, it appeared that a number of people live there on a permanent basis. Every time we came in and out of the hotel, common areas smelled strongly of marijuana. They also did not provide breakfast. The rooms were clean and seemed well kept.

Good location. Hotel has a very spartan feel. Nobody in the office when I checked out. Soundproofing poor even though a new building - could hear next door snoring.

No frills, but perfect for quick overnight business trip. I was on the interstate side of the building and traffic was noisy all night long. For longer stays you must rent cookware, but kitchenette was nice.

It’s a brand new no frills hotel. Rooms are very basic with vinyl flooring. There are a lot of people that hang around the outside of the hotel. The garbage cans right outside the doors was overflowing. There are always individuals sitting in their vehicles nearly around the clock. Last night when we came back from dinner, there were beer bottles in the grass, a pair of rubber gloves and an empty prescription bottle on the ground.

The tub did not have anti slip discs and they really need them. Very slippery. The most unfortunate part was that yes it has a kitchen area, but it did not come with any dishes or pots and pans, You had to purchase them, you even had to purchase the coffee maker. I would not want to have to bring my kitchen whenever I stayed there. I did not see this information on the web site.

No coffee pots in room Or anywhere on property unless you buy one, no Iron or ironing board in room, no hair dryer in the room. No cups in the room, had to ask for them. No curtains over the windows so you’re awake as soon as the sun comes up. This was a new place with a full kitchen but nothing to use in it. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where there’s no coffee, coffee pot or hair dryer. We we’re traveling to a funeral and no iron to iron clothes. The front desk said there was one hair dryer and iron for the entire property and bring back as soon as we used it. Would not stay again.

They have roll away beds and the bed was given a room key when I check in to another person room who was in there room when I open they room door I will not be ever staying in of their hotel and the front desk clerk told she was sorry and they they room she provide me was the room they give me when she made the reservation so how do you not know that when you check me in you give me a room that someone is already in so that person could have kill us thinking we were someone open their room door and sorry is not good enough you can not just people who made a reservation other people room key how do you not know someone os already check into this room I give zero because I do not play with my life

Pretty sure they didn't actully clean the room before I checked in. There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower and a towl was tossed on the bathroom counter as though it had bern used. Also, only 2 pillows and neither had a pillow case.

While the room was very clean, the bed was not very comfortable and the ac unit was extremely loud. The towels, pillows and toiletries were cheap and lacking. The worst part was the loud music being played all night in a nearby room. There was no one at the front desk to call, and it really made for a poor night’s sleep.

The hotel itself was in a good neighborhood and property well maintained. If you arrive after hours, you'll have to check in at the kiosk. The issues I had were the elevator was broken so you have to take the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Good luck if you're handicapped and have a room on any other floor except the 1st floor. The bathroom had leftover hair in the shower and on the floor. And last, bugs. Ants, silverfish, and roaches. I choose this hotel because it had great reviews and I didn't want to be in a trashy hotel for my child's graduation from Basic training.
