Amazing property in a beautiful location. We could not have chosen a better rural spot to spend time in Umbria. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to enjoy the rural countryside of Italy. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Case Nucci. Riccardo is friendly, helpful and a great host. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, Assisi and other fabulous hill towns. The mattresses and bed linens were outstanding. Per government regulations (Ukraine war) there wasn’t any heat during our stay so the evenings were chilly. Making a fire was the only option, the wood was an extra charge every evening that that was unexpected. Kitchen essentials would have been appreciated. Overall score is 4.2. It would not take much to be a 5!

We spent a week in this lovely house. Excellent location for day trips. Great views to enjoy in the morning and evening. Very comfortable beds! Had a great time.
