I arrived in the middle of a snowstorm before New Year's Eve. There was no valet service, at all. They asked me to park 5 minutes away all the way behind of the hotel and walk on ice to check in. As I went to check in, I had to wait 15 more mins for the receptionists as they chatted between themselves. The room service food was cold, and they were very disrespectful in general. Definitely not Marriott worthy

The room was clean but the staff was inexperienced and the service was terrible. The AC didn't work and it took them more than an hour to fix, the room service kept forgetting my orders, and the receptionist treated me with disrespect.
