Very interesting and beautiful place to stay for two nights. Relatively easy to find, parking was available on site, the multi story layout and cave construction was very well done. Our room looked like the photos, hot tub in the room worked great, bed was comfortable, well equipped bathroom. Beautiful breakfast with many quality items and delicious breads. If you want to stay in a cave while in the Cappadocia area, stay here! You will enjoy the vibe and the smaller, more authentic town. Lovely staff as well, very friendly and generous. Thank you from the USA!

the most amazing stay of my life. the staff could not have been more kind, welcoming, friendly and accommodating. and the room itself was fit for a king, very clean and stunningly furnished with all the amenities one could possibly need, including the most gorgeous private pool and the comfiest bed i’ve had the pleasure to stay in. the hotel owner has an adorable dog, who is playful and friendly, and the whole atmosphere the staff offer was like nothing else. 11/10 rating<3 the only way it could have been made better was by one or 2 more vegetarian options of food, but the staff even helped us order from outside if we wanted and were so accommodating, and the food we did have was amazing. stay in this hotel and you will not regret it!!! we will come and see you soon nar cave house(:

Kahvaltı iyi çalışanları güler yüzlü kedi sever olarak söyleyeyim kediler çok tatlı manzara harika ama yüksek katlarda olunca merdiven çıkmak biraz zor gece geç gelince park yeri sıkıntısı olabiliyor havuz büyük olmasa da idare eder ama su çok soğuk geldi biz giremedik biraz ısıtılması lazım 26-28 derece dediler ama zannetmiyorum

Beautiful room with swimming pool and beautiful scenery. However it can get warm and humid because of the pool. Staff is very nice and accommodating. It is quiet and a bit far from major restaurants and getting a taxi was a bit tricky but staff was able to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

12.04.2023-14.04.2023 tarihlerinde İHSAN odasında eşimle beraber konakladık.Kaldığımız 3 gün içerisinde hotel müdiresi İrem Hanım ve Müdürü Oktay Bey bizimle ve diğer misafirlerle çok ilgliydi.Sabah kahvaltısı çok iyiyidi.Hotel odaları konforlu ve gayet temizdi.Sınırsız içecek olanağı gayet iyiyidi.Gidecek olanlara tavsiye edilir.

Çalışan arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlü ve kibarlardı. Genel olarak temizlik iyiydi, odalar ferahtı ve en çok çekindiğimiz rutubet olayı yoktu. Ugandalı arkadaşlar Okonogo ve Dıjinibuwe bize çok yadımcı oldular.

Temizlik açısından bir sorun yoktu. Çift kişilik yatak iki bazanın ve iki yatağın birleştilmesi ile oluşturulduğu için biraz konforsuz sayılırdı. 2 gün konakladığımız için sanırım günlük temizlik yapılmamış. Uzun süreli konaklamada belki yapılıyordur. Oda çok sıcak değildi ama soğuk da değildi. Dolapta yedek olarak tutulan yorgan ve battaniye kirli değildi ancak havasız kalmışlardı. Kahvaltısı ve restorantı iyiydi.

Mersin’den tatil için gittiğimiz otelinizde genel olarak beğendik fakat temizlik açısından eksikleriniz vardı . Harici olarak birebir muhattap olabileceğimiz kimse yoktu resepsiyondaki hanımefendi haricinde . O hanımefendi gayet tatlıydı. Bütün misafirlere aynı şekilde davranılmıyordu bizzat kahvaltıda şahit olduk . Ama genel olarak beğendik .

Das Kindermatratze was schmutzig und die haben einfach umgedreht um einfach abzudecken und somit war die Matratze voll hart und die Federn zu fühlen. Das Service war auch nicht besonders gut.

Habe für drei Personen gebucht. Zimmer war nur für zwei Personen. Mann wollte uns ein Zusatzbett stellen. War damit nicht einverstanden. Mussten mit zusätzlichen Kosten in ein anderes Zimmer. Dieser hatte keine Klimaanlage. Mussten mit zwei Ventilatoren auskommen. Internet funktionierte auch nicht.

Beautiful room with swimming pool and beautiful scenery. However it can get warm and humid because of the pool. Staff is very nice and accommodating. It is quiet and a bit far from major restaurants and getting a taxi was a bit tricky but staff was able to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit extrem freundlichen, kompetenten und zuvorkommend Mitarbeiter*innen. Das Restaurant hat sehr gutes Essen, bei Sonderwünschen, konnte man für den folgenden Tag, das bestellen was man essen wolle. Der Tee war den ganzen Tag über kostenlos zu bekommen. Unser Caveroom war hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder zurück kommen. Einziges Manko war bei unserem Urlaub das WiFi es funktionierte nicht und wurde auch nicht repariert.

Mersin’den tatil için gittiğimiz otelinizde genel olarak beğendik fakat temizlik açısından eksikleriniz vardı . Harici olarak birebir muhattap olabileceğimiz kimse yoktu resepsiyondaki hanımefendi haricinde . O hanımefendi gayet tatlıydı. Very interesting and beautiful place to stay for two nights. Relatively easy to find, parking was available on site, the multi story layout and cave construction was very well done. Our room looked like the photos, hot tub in the room worked great, bed was comfortable, well equipped bathroom. Beautiful breakfast with many quality items and delicious breads. If you want to stay in a cave while in the Cappadocia area, stay here! You will enjoy the vibe and the smaller, more authentic town. Lovely staff as well, very friendly and generous. Çift kişilik yatak iki bazanın ve iki yatağın birleştilmesi ile oluşturulduğu için biraz konforsuz sayılırdı. 2 gün konakladığımız için sanırım günlük temizlik yapılmamış. Uzun süreli konaklamada belki yapılıyordur. Oda çok sıcak değildi ama soğuk da değildi. Dolapta yedek olarak tutulan yorgan ve battaniye kirli değildi ancak havasız kalmışlardı. This was one of the most amazing hotels I stayed in. Very lovely and helpful staff. They helped us in every step on our trip. The food was delicious and plenty.
