This was a newly reopened, renovated hotel and I think we were the first guests in the room we were given. We didn't realize at firat that the fridge wasn't working when we put my daughter's insulin in it upon arrival. The desk clerk was kind enough to move the insulin to a fridge they had once we realixwd there was no cord on the fridge. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Everything was beautiful. That said, the pool was out of order and the breakfast was all carbs and no protein. We still enjoyed our stay very mych.

Stay was fine. Breakfast would have been better with hot breakfast. Most of the staff were amazing. One of the front desk ladies was extremely rude. Pool was broken but was able to use the pool next door! Room was clean and beds were very comfortable

Beds were comfortable and staff was pleasant. Amenities were good. Parking was ample and it was right off the highway. Breakfast was lacklustre. Bagels, kids cereals, boiled eggs, fruit and yogurt. Even having a loaf of sliced bread for those who just want a slice of toast would be helpful. Would also be great to have cups (glasses and coffee cups) in the room, but there was coffee 24/7 in the lobby.

Even having a loaf of sliced bread for those who just want a slice of toast would be helpful. This facility was easy to book, easy to find, and had competent staff. The amenities were slightly above average with the exception of the breakfast, which, like most hotel breakfasts, is very much lacking for protein. The coffee was weak. The immediate surroundings were below average, but it felt safe... just sort of bleh. Exercise facility was OK but, again, like most, very small. My room was on the second floor and I experienced a quiet evening and night with almost no neighbor noise. The room was clean and well-supplied. The entertainment was good quality and easy to operate. The wifi was good enough for all my needs. A good place to stay, but nothing exceptional.

It looks like renovations were partially completed: new bathroom tiles and vanity but the new tub was moving while in it so it was not set up correctly. The wall adjacent to the tub appeared to have water damage which is either happening now or happened before and was not painted over. Found some hair on the back of the toilet. Continental breakfast was good.

This is a great value for the money you pay. My room was huge, clean and nice. The only issue is that apparently your neighbor rooms can hear if you have the tv a bit loud, but I guess this is normal in America.

Property is near Highway so going in and out is easy. But the rooms are not fully isolated from road noise. Service is very delayed. I asked for body lotion that was missing. Took them hours. Even hour+ after reception confirmed they are on their way. Free breakfast is basic: plain bagels, drip coffee, juice, milk, cereals and yo plait yogurt. But the set up was clean and efficient, they have a small sit-in area or you can take it to your room.

Clean and quiet, and not too expensive, at least when I stayed there. If I have one complaint it’s that the only jelly they had at breakfast was grape, but hotel breakfast always sucks anyway. Here’s what they nailed, and I don’t understand why every hotel in the world isn’t doing this yet — the TV has streaming services on it, so you can log into your own streaming accounts, watch your own stuff, and it automatically logs you off when you check out. Why on earth are there still places that don’t do this? Why am I still watching cable channels at other hotels? I cut the cord over 20 years ago, so when I stay in a hotel it’s like going back in time. But this place doesn’t do that, and I appreciate it so much, because while I usually just check in, sleep, and get back on the road, this was one of those trips where I had to sit around the room for awhile. I’d prefer a little softer bed and a big fuzzy blanket. I like the pillows though. Signage is a bit lacking — if you drive in on the back side of the building, which is what your GPS is probably going to have you do, you are likely not to see any signs and you’ll end up trying to check into the Holiday Inn. The guy there told me it happens a lot. Overall, a good experience. I don’t know why I’d need to stay in Olympia again, but if I do, I’ll try to stay here.

I got there and they had over sold rooms and turned me away. I was with my son and couldn’t find any hotels within my price range. We ended up staying in Olympia for $214. A complete disappointment. I need my refund.

I wanted to leave a good review due to how nice, comfortable, and clean our room was. Unfortunately, I woke up to massive bug bites on my back that werent there prior to entering the room. Ive never had this happen in a hotel before. I tried to talk with the front desk and suggested that they thoroughly clean the room prior to issuing it to anyone else. They didn't seem interested in talking with me. What I can only assume was the manager, sat in her office with the door open, glancing up occasionally, but refusing to engage in conversation. Then I went out to find that my car had been hit by someone's vehicle door leaving significant damage to my mirror. I went back in to ask if they had a camera, but was told they had no cameras recording, and again were dismissive. The room was comfortable and spacious, but the Manager this morning left much to be desired. Check the beds thoroughly before you get in them.

Unfortunately, Expedia booked a room when none were available. We drove an hour and a half from our home on the WA coast in anticipation of the tsunami from the 8.8 Russian earthquake. We arrived at midnight to find no room available. Nonetheless, the night clerk let us use their facilities to reach out to Expedia to arrange another room. He was so kind and helpful, I would want to stay at Spark next time I need to spend a night inland. Kudos to this property for such pleasant and accommodating staff on a stressful night!

This trip included myself and my 3 young daughters. I know the area pretty well, however Spark by Hilton was new for me as I now live out of state. The outside doesn't seem like anything super fancy, but upon entering the hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were huge with plenty of table space, a mini fridge, and a nice sized bathroom. The pool was clean and well kept. My kids loved the breakfast options, for me it was a little light, but overall nice for the price of the hotel. Our most favorite thing about this hotel was the front desk attendant, Roland. This man was exceptional from the second we walked in the door. My kids were always bummed when he wasn't working, as he had the best conversations with them. It means so much to me as my husband was still back home, yet Roland went out of his way to entertain my kiddos and make them feel welcome at the hotel as well. We will most definitely make this our go to hotel when we go back to WA to visit our family. Overall we had zero complaints.

Everything was great, the location, easy parking, easy access to the freeway, clean, modern, very comfortable bed. The only negative is the breakfast options, wasn’t good compared to other hotels.

Difficult to find from highway, just 1 small sign (hotel). Very clean & staff friendly & helpful. We had a very nice & comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend !

The hotel is relatively new and in good condition, but a bit removed from Olympia (4 to 5 miles). Nothing within walking distance. We stayed 3 nights in a spacious room and were comfortable. Breakfast was average, but overall, a nice place to stay.

The hotel was lovely! Clean, comfortable, and safe. It’s a pretty new hotel. The location was beautiful with all the trees surrounding the hotel. Only problem is that aren’t any restaurants walking distance if you wanted a quick bite. The breakfast is more like a continental breakfast. Hardly anything was left as we came down at the tail end.

Great room, very large! Convenient right by the freeway. My only complaint was breakfast was lacking a bit but it was OK and at least you got one. I would stay again.

Beds were comfortable and staff was pleasant. Amenities were good. Parking was ample and it was right off the highway. Breakfast was lacklustre. Bagels, kids cereals, boiled eggs, fruit and yogurt. Even having a loaf of sliced bread for those who just want a slice of toast would be helpful. Would also be great to have cups (glasses and coffee cups) in the room, but there was coffee 24/7 in the lobby.

This was a great budget hotel nestled in what it seems like forest but not really. We enjoyed it and would stay again. Breakfast was decent, for the price you pay it was good. Try it you’ll like it. All staff were helpful and friendly and greeted you as you entered or exited. Well done Spark hotels!!

Prefer my hotel room to have a coffeemaker but otherwise amenities were good. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t use the pool or exercise facilities. Although close to the freeway we didn’t hear traffic from inside the room (lots of trees help). Breakfast was okay.

The hotel was great. It was right off I5 and nestled in a wooded area so it was private in a nice area just minutes from Costco and Fred meyer. The front desk wait to get checked in was not great. I had to call the 1-800 number to get their attention to get someone out front to check us in.
