Hotel qui ne paye pas de mine de l'extérieur, mais propre et confortable. Accueil sympathique, personnel à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner simple mais très bon Emplacement idéal pour visiter ortigia à pieds. Très bon restaurant à proximité. En face de la gare,idéal pour garer sa voiture gratuitement.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice lobby, complete with coffee bar. Classic Italian prima colazione served every morning. Be aware that as it is directly across from the train station, there will be plenry of traffic noise at night.

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab morgens sehr begrenztes Frühstück. Das Appartement war nicht wirklich sauber, die Gardinen vergilbt. Die Tür zur Dachterrasse war weder abschließbar, noch konnte man sie einklinken. Mit der Folge, das bei Wind die Tür immer wieder aufschlug.

What a disappointment! What a disgust! I wonder how come they are still open and operating. Marco and Manuela, amazing customer service. I feel they could work for a real hotel, and not this DUMP! Do not get me wrong: I know that pictures online depict the latest renewed room, but what it was given to us was the most disgusting accommodation! Even came with broken window for FREE BLOOD THIRSTY MOSQUITO & FREE MOLD in bedroom: see pictures and see if this is to anyone standard!

Directly across from the train station and I didn’t hear anything. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was great. I wish that the bed was elevated about 8-10”. It was very comfortable but hard to get out of bed for an old man like myself!

Albergo proprio di fronte alla stazione e Ale spalle c'è la fermata dei bus per cui ha una posizione ottima! La stessa Ortigia è raggiungibile a piedi con una piacevole camminata. L'albergo non è nuovo ma la nostra stanza aveva subito una recente ristrutturazione del bagno. In generale la stanza era pulita. Buona la colazione e il personale gentile. Uniche pecche: insonorizzazione dall'esterno visto che la nostra stanza era lato strada e materassinencusicni non proprio comodissimi (anche se questo è giudizio personale).

Ho avuto problemi con il personale 2 volte in 2 giorni.. la prima volta appena arrivati mi hanno chiesto una cifra superiore di quella che su Expedia c'era scritto di dover pagare, gliel'ho fatto notare e mi hanno addirittura ringraziato che gliel'ho detto; la seconda volta quando ho chiesto se si potesse avere un piccolo rimborso dato che abbiamo deciso di andare via un giorno prima e la stanza era pulita, eravamo appena tornati e siamo entrati solo per fare la valigia e andarcene, mi é stato risposto di no perché a quell'ora non avrebbero trovato un altra persona per recuperare le spese (giustissimo), in quel momento un signore è entrato a chiedere una camera e l'hanno mandato via, io ho proposto a entrambi per la mia camera dato che me ne stavo andando e questo signore era pure d'accordo ma quello dell'hotel non ha voluto sentire ragioni. Riguardo la camera qualche piccolissimo difettuccio ma era più che buona

We arrived at lunchtime and weren’t allowed to check in yet, which is within their right. And then we were 4 but they said they couldn’t give us more than one key because previous guests had stolen them… and at the same time they make ZERO effort to replace the stolen ones. And you need a fob to enter the building at night, but apparently the spare ones had also been stolen by previous guests and they do nothing to replace them. My friends went to bed early, and I wasn’t able to get back into the hotel and wasn’t even able to sleep in the room I booked because of their ridiculous key situation… they need to implement a code system on the door, but I have little hope of that happening seeing how proactive they were…

Albergo proprio di fronte alla stazione e Ale spalle c'è la fermata dei bus per cui ha una posizione ottima! La stessa Ortigia è raggiungibile a piedi con una piacevole camminata. struttura ubicata in posizione strategica che consente di visitare senza problemi anche a piedi tutta la città. nella piazza della stazione ferroviaria e pertanto facilmente raggiungibile anche senza auto. personale gentile e preparato. Stanza pulita e comoda. Colazione un pò limitata ma comunque buona. giudizio complessivo eccellente per poter viistare la città con tranquillità.

Excellent hotel for a trip to Syracuse. The hotel is across the street from the train station and a short walk to many great restaurants and tourist sites. Very friendly staff and a very nice breakfast.
