This hotel was perfect. We arrived a bit early, but they had no problem giving our 2 rooms earlier than the check-in time. It has more than 80 rooms and the rooms are very spacious, modern and well equiped. There are plenty of free parking on the premises.The hotel is half way between Bologne and Modena and it was a perfect option for us. The breakfast was big.

A lovely hotel with the most comfortable beds and pillows of anywhere we stay. Good location and the rooms are nice and big with lovely bathrooms and large showers. Breakfast has enough variety and the waiting staff are proactive in cleaning up and restocking. Free parking right outside your door and pet friendly makes it our go to when we are in Modena.

Smadder godt hotel, lækkert værelse hvor der er hvad di har brug for. Rengøring på værelset kunne godt være bedre, ovenpå alle kontakter lå et lag støv. Lækkert wellness område ma kan bentytte. Der er en lille shop hvor du kan købe let mad, drinks, kaffe osv. Deres restaurant laver virkelig lækkert mad til fsir priser, den åbener dog først 19.30, hvilket er lidt sent når man rejser med barn. Morgenmaden er gangske fin.

We were not able to control Air Conditioning and the heat was on, I opened the windows but then it started raining and I was left with no option than to try to sleep. Wi-fi does not reach the rooms which is necessary. Other than that the hotel is good and the staff very friendly

l'hotel è in una posizione strategica appena fuori dall'autostrada, pertanto molto comodo da raggiungere. La struttura si presenta bene e le camere sono ampie e confortevoli. il letto e comodo e ci sono tutti gli accessori necessari per un pernottamento (spazzolino, ciabatte, ecc) Però per le stanze esterne all'edificio arriva troppo rumore dall'esterno (esattamente dalla porta poco insonorizzata) e il condizionatore (che per il periodo che sono stato io faceva la funzione di riscaldamento) è molto rumoroso e perciò bisogna avere un bel sonno pesante per poter continuare a dormire. La colazione è sufficiente, ma essendo nella struttura principale bisogna farsi un pezzo all'esterno, che non è il massimo del confort, soprattutto se dovesse piovere e fare freddo. Per lavoro o pernottamento di passaggio lo consiglio comunque.

I stayed here twice while on a solo 5,000 kms motorcycle tour of Europe. By the time I got here, I'd completed about 1600kms in 2 days, and needed rest. For the first time on the trip, I got a great night's sleep. The rooms are clean, large, quiet with excellent bathroom facilities. My only complaint is that there's no main light in the room, it's all lamps in corners which means when you're trying to unpack at night, or pack early in the morning you literally can't see inside your bags without resorting to the torch/flashlight on your phone.

Well structured renovated hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Good restaurant that is frequented by locals and always full. Close to the main roads with parking (at peak times can be complicated). Problems: Internet is really bad and the 5G doesn’t work in the rooms. I particularly struggled with that, since had some work to do. We cannot control the temperature un the room (which was very hot even though it was end of Autumn ). Keep in mund the hotel is in a rural area and in November they prepare the soil for planting… we couldn’t leave the window open because of the pungent smell. Still is a good option if you check before if they fixed those problems. Good value for money

We arrived very late at night, around 3 a.m. but it was very easy to complete check-in and wow, our room was huge, comfortable & perfect! Besides, free car park was awesome...in the morning, unfortunately we missed that fantastic breakfast (that is the point I'd like to be improved 'cause 9.30 am is the latest hour to have breakfast and it is way too early).

Great location for taking day trips to Modena, car museums, Bologna entrance to Autistrada right there. Hotel very clean asked to switch rooms for one in the annex bldg was bigger room and much quieter as the main bldg is on a busy highway. Hotel has a restaurant which is not bad, Free breakfast ok. The wi-fi was very weak couldn’t stream anything on my ipad but maybe they fixed it.

The hotel is ideally situated near to the motorway exit Modena South. The hotel has sufficient free parking space. The rooms are modern furnished, are of good size, clean and internet was working without flaw. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and fairly priced. The menu offers a wide selection of wines at competitive prices. The tables were nicely dressed and the waiters attentive and forthcoming in their service. Unfortunately the breakfast service was disorganised, tables were not cleared and guests left waiting for too much time. Most of the breakfast items are prepacked and/or of low supermarket quality. There was different kind of pastries and cakes available.
