Geweldig mooi en goed hotel sedert anderhalve maand geopend Vlot personeel, spreken alle moderne talen Super ontbijt, fantastisch bed, ruime kamers, zeer netjes en schoon Alle faciliteiten prachtig. Gym, zwembad jacuzzi, alles gloednieuw Zelden zo’n goed hotel geboekt Compliment aan staf en Management Absolute aanrader!!

Nous avons été très bien reçu. Le stationnement est juste à côté de l’hôtel. De la terrasse, on est pratiquement au point le plus haut de la médina.

Espectacular!!! Todo esta perfecto en este hotel, localizacion ideal ya que solo se esta a 5min de la plaza principal (eso si, hay que subir escaleras para volver ya que esta arriba del pueblo) Las habitaciones estan muy limpias, decoradas con mucho gusto y con terraza El desayuno y la comida estan Todo el equipo es super atentos, mencion especial a Rachid que sin que pidiera nada me dejo entrar antes a la habitacion y me hizo upgrade Hay parking al lado, en abril son unos 20MAD por 24h

As compared to the more common riad accommodations of Chefchaouen, the Taj has a lobby, layout, and room setup that makes it a capital “h” Hotel experience. The building has a clean, modern style and sits atop the city, giving stunning views from the roof and any city-view rooms (we were upgraded to one and would definitely recommend a city-view. The view at dawn and breakfast on our balcony was… wow). The furniture ranged from very nice pieces (like the bed, the most important part, and a very cool chair) to some more inexpensive materials for the desk/dressers. One thing (I forgot to tell management about so if you are reading, please take note!): I do not know if this is all the rooms, but our bathroom had a tinted window into the shower/bathroom. As a solo traveler it’d be fine (never lose the view!) and as a couple, the shower is fun, but the a window to the toilet is not my kink. We had to communicate when to look away. A shade or some frosting on the shower door could go a long way there. A huge feature: it’s car-accessible right to the front door, which is very when the stairs of the blue city look like too much at the end of the day. Staff were friendly and quite helpful. Overall a good stay and I would recommend.

The hotel is designed at a high standard of quality. However, in my view it is still somewhat overpriced currently. The upstairs terrace is still a work in progress and it would have been great to be able to order a drink when up there to have enjoyed the superb views. The pool is cold and to be able to use the jacuzzi a charge of around 45 euros seems extremely steep when you consider the room charge already paid. Bedroom was very comfortable, great shower. Location just at top of the Medina was excellent. Tried to overcharge me on checking in but this did get resolved.

The peaceful, luxurious atmosphere makes it a great place to unwind. Parking is also available, which is a helpful convenience. However, the warm water and water pressure in the room were inconsistent, which affected overall comfort. With a few improvements, this hotel has great potential to offer an exceptional stay.

We traveled through 6 cities in Morocco and the Taj was our favorite hotel, which frankly made the experience at Chefchaouen, a low economic village. It’s a stunning hotel and nothing short of a 5 star rating as far as aesthetics and architecture goes. It’s clean and our junior suite offered stunning views where we had breakfast, dinner, and tea throughout the day. The parking lot makes it accessible to head up and down to town without climbing the stairs, although that only took 15-20 minutes. •The amenities: some under construction still as it’s a new hotel. We did hang at the pool one of the days and it’s unusable. It’s not heated, but the cold tiles keep it freezing cold. It’s more of a cold plunge. •The staff: helpful, though some from the dining restaurant are unfriendly. If this is a consideration to you - please note that the Taj is not a part of ethical traveling. You’re staying in a low economic village where people struggle to earn $1 USD, while paying $200+ per night for the hotel. We heavily felt the discrepancy in expense VS town’s economy and it made us quite sad.

We booked one of the Senior Suites which had the most incredible view of Chefchaouen and the mountains. The room is a great mix of modern amenities and moroccan style and was so nice after a week in Riads. Everything was clean and tidy and all the staff offered attentive service. We had a great stay

We had a great stay at this hotel. The only downside which was pretty big for us “NO HOT WATER”. The staff was friendly and the place was in a convenient location. They have a great breakfast spread. Would recommend if the hot water works!

This was our favorite hotel during our 3 week trip. The property and room were beautiful, the view from our room and terrace was stunning. Staff was absolutely 5 star: professional, friendly, helpful...and luckily spoke about 4-5 different languages! We extended our stay because we loved the hotel and town so much. Highly recommend.

Love the proximity to the Medina, which is about 10min walk. It’s the tallest hotel situated on the hill overlooking the city! This hotel is hands down the best hotel in the Blue city! The staff, the rooms, the service, and the views are all exceptional!

The building has a clean, modern style and sits atop the city, giving stunning views from the roof and any city-view rooms (we were upgraded to one and would definitely recommend a city-view. The view at dawn and breakfast on our balcony was… wow). The furniture ranged from very nice pieces (like the bed, the most important part, and a very cool chair) to some more inexpensive materials for the desk/dressers. One thing (I forgot to tell management about so if you are reading, please take note!): I do not know if this is all the rooms, but our bathroom had a tinted window into the shower/bathroom. The location of the hotel is super nice, steps to the parking area, and walking distance to all the local restaurants and shops, minuets away from the old castle. Staffs were very friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, the only thing that was lacking was the bath tub and shower were a bit too separated and far from each other. We had good sleep even though we heard the Ramadan prayer in the middle of the night few times. I wanted to say that I had the best breakfast in Morocco here, very fresh bread and pastries, tasted orange juice, the breakfast was simpler but definitely much better than other 5 star hotels. I have to give the top review for this hotel, and I would highly recommend you to choose this place.

This was our favorite hotel during our 3 week trip. The property and room were beautiful, the view from our room and terrace was stunning. Staff was absolutely 5 star: professional, friendly, helpful...and luckily spoke about 4-5 different languages! We extended our stay because we loved the hotel and town so much. Highly recommend.

We were a party of 15 people and the staff went ALL OUT to accommodate us and take care of us. The rooms and property are beautiful and well maintained and everything was so nice. We loved the rooftop breakfast as well.

Very enjoyable stay at the Taj Chefchaouen. Beautiful hotel conveniently located at the top of the Madina with amazing views of the city and mountains. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and staff are very professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We booked one of the Senior Suites which had the most incredible view of Chefchaouen and the mountains. The room is a great mix of modern amenities and moroccan style and was so nice after a week in Riads. Everything was clean and tidy and all the staff offered attentive service. We had a great stay

The hotel is designed at a high standard of quality. However, in my view it is still somewhat overpriced currently. The upstairs terrace is still a work in progress and it would have been great to be able to order a drink when up there to have enjoyed the superb views. The pool is cold and to be able to use the jacuzzi a charge of around 45 euros seems extremely steep when you consider the room charge already paid. Bedroom was very comfortable, great shower. Location just at top of the Medina was excellent. Tried to overcharge me on checking in but this did get resolved.

We traveled through 6 cities in Morocco and the Taj was our favorite hotel, which frankly made the experience at Chefchaouen, a low economic village. It’s a stunning hotel and nothing short of a 5 star rating as far as aesthetics and architecture goes. It’s clean and our junior suite offered stunning views where we had breakfast, dinner, and tea throughout the day. The parking lot makes it accessible to head up and down to town without climbing the stairs, although that only took 15-20 minutes. •The amenities: some under construction still as it’s a new hotel. We did hang at the pool one of the days and it’s unusable. It’s not heated, but the cold tiles keep it freezing cold. It’s more of a cold plunge. •The staff: helpful, though some from the dining restaurant are unfriendly. If this is a consideration to you - please note that the Taj is not a part of ethical traveling. You’re staying in a low economic village where people struggle to earn $1 USD, while paying $200+ per night for the hotel. We heavily felt the discrepancy in expense VS town’s economy and it made us quite sad.

Espectacular!!! Todo esta perfecto en este hotel, localizacion ideal ya que solo se esta a 5min de la plaza principal (eso si, hay que subir escaleras para volver ya que esta arriba del pueblo) Las habitaciones estan muy limpias, decoradas con mucho gusto y con terraza El desayuno y la comida estan Todo el equipo es super atentos, mencion especial a Rachid que sin que pidiera nada me dejo entrar antes a la habitacion y me hizo upgrade Hay parking al lado, en abril son unos 20MAD por 24h

Love the proximity to the Medina, which is about 10min walk. It’s the tallest hotel situated on the hill overlooking the city! This hotel is hands down the best hotel in the Blue city! The staff, the rooms, the service, and the views are all exceptional!

Had an excellent stay at this hotel! Best experience! The views from my balcony room, the breakfast, the amazing service from the staff, the room design… everything was great! Location was good too and not far from a popular spot called Ras al’Ma. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back again.

My husband and I would give 10 stars to Taj Chefchouen if we could — it is an AMAZING hotel and it was the perfect place for a romantic Valentines’s Day getaway!!! Our junior suite was lovely — comfortable bed, great linens, wonderful shower with plenty of hot water, and GORGEOUS views of the Medina and the Rif Mountains from our room and our private terrace. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner served on our terrace and the food was EXCELLENT! And we can’t say enough about the FABULOUS staff — all of them, from the front desk clerks to the room service staff were friendly, kind and delightful. We would have stayed longer than two nights if we could have.

Excellent location and views. Good food but not enough variety, especially for vegetarians. Having served them notice of our dietary requirements a week before arrival, I would have expected they would have made an effort to cater better rather than offering just what was on a limited menu.

Attention pour information aux voyageurs européens et français, l établissement n à pas de chaine tv en français . De même pour la restauration qui est très bonne, il n'y a aucun alcool, bière ou autre dans l établissement. Sans être alcoolique un petit apéritif sur le rooftop serai parfait.

Our check in went smoothly followed by mint tea and Moroccan pastries in the beautiful lobby . Our Mountain View’ room was well appointed with a balcony giving us a beautiful sunset view. The bed was super comfortable ! Loved the TAJ signature bath products Arganine . The buffet breakfast had a lot of typical Moroccan breakfast items and plenty of other choices . We enjoyed using the pool and fitness room, both with unbelievable view looking over The Blue City !

The bed was super comfortable ! Loved the TAJ signature bath products Arganine . The buffet breakfast had a lot of typical Moroccan breakfast items and plenty of other choices . We enjoyed using the pool and fitness room, both with unbelievable view looking over The Blue City !

I paid for a senior suite and it was probably no bigger than a normal room at any other hotel across Morocco. No alcohol at the roof top was unexpected but I probably should have researched this more. The hotel was pretty basic, nice view , good breakfast but not worth the cost. Wouldn’t recommend.
