The room was spacious and up-to-date. Bathroom is more than what you need. The bed is ultra firm. They have an on-site bar with a gazillion rums. We’d stay there again.

Beautiful hotel downtown! And incredibly reasonable in comparison to nearby properties. Well decorated and beautifully maintained. Classic, old Hollywood or old Miami vibes. Super cute! Parking is a little limited since their bar is BIG hotspot. We easily parked across the street but that might not be available on weekday stays. HIGHLY recommend a reservation at Siren Social Club inside the hotel. Great food and drinks and lively nightlife. You will want to check it out but they book up fast! The staff was lovely and super friendly. It feels like everyone that worked there offers to help in some capacity. The rooms were clean and well decorated. They are revitalizing that whole downtown area. It does seem to be an older building that has been renovated. We kept hearing a ticking sound in the bathroom. The only think I can imagine is that it was their water system or an old boiler. Either way, it was minor and hardly noticeable in the room. The AC seemed to be on a preset lock out because it did get hot at night and we couldn't seem to get it to turn down and cool to that set point. Other than that-we really enjoyed our stay. We easily walked to several great locations nearby for food and entertainment.

Pristine accommodations. We loved the room and it's location to the beach and restaurants. The front desk staff was kind, friendly and professional. Although the Social Club and bar felt exactly that. We sat for 5 minutes at the bar and not one bartender or waitstaff acknowledged us or let us know we were sitting in the wrong place. Instead they messaged the front desk to come escort us out of the front bar and to the back bar. It was very uncomfortable for us. We decided to not eat there and instead went to Half Shell Oyster house where the service and food was 10/10! Make a reservation at the Siren Club if you want to eat dinner there, perhaps then they won't make you feel out of place.
