Great hotel. Clean and beautiful rooms. Easy and free parking. I would definitely come again. Small recommendation: have your receptionist try to smile when guests are coming. Looking stone cold doesn’t give welcoming atmosphere. (Noticed when checking on Sep 8 around 5 pm)

They had tents outside where you could eat breakfast,room was very clean! Very quiet! And also they have sliding doors to your rooms so if you're on the first floor you can unload straight to your room. Only thing that they can improve on is they need an elevator.

Location was excellent for driving into the city as it is just by the highway. TTC bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it was very easy to come back to the hotel from a concert in downtown. Breakfast location is small and crowded in the morning but a staff kept adding food ensuring there was plenty for all. It was nice to have hot drink machine available for free 24/7. Coffee was great.

Location was excellent for driving into the city as it is just by the highway. TTC bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it was very easy to come back to the hotel from a concert in downtown. stayed here several times I like the clean rooms and hallways, entrance. I like the shopping close by. There is no gym or pool but it is a quiet, smaller building with clean room, parking.

The hotel looked nice in the pictures, but in reality, it was smaller and not as clean as expected. The staff were not very friendly and didn’t seem welcoming. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with my stay and think the hotel could improve both cleanliness and customer service.

We were very impressed with how spotless and up to date our room was. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with the couch being a nice addition. The included breakfast was excellent. We'll continue to choose Stay Inn whenever we're in Toronto.

This was a surprisingly comfortable room. The beds are very comfortable, and the room feels large. Like most hotels, though, there is not a lot of sound barrier insulation between rooms. A very good choice of restaurants is within a five-minute drive of the hotel.

The new upgrades and renovations all look fantastic. They did a great job. Only (minor) complaint is that the internet was slowish and the tv would buffer. But everything else is great. Close to Go station.

Hotel was in great condition, newly decorated and looks great. Only thing was the room was on the smaller side, but everything in the room was very nice. The free Breakfast was only a smidgen more than a continental breakfast. Staff was very nice.

Very clean and updated hotel, wonderful staff. The breakfast was great & there is free coffee/tea available 24/7. There is only 2 floors to the hotel. We had a ground floor room with a sliding door patio which was unexpected. Beware, the TVs are not smart but do have a wide range of channels available, wifi is good and unlike other hotels/motels this one ONLY takes credit cards for the $200 deposit, not Visa/Master debit. There is a gas station next door, and a Dollarama a short walk away.

I was charged an early check-in fee. I arrived approximately 2.5 hours before the standard check-in time and asked if my room happened to be ready. Since the room was already available and did not require any rush cleaning or special accommodation, I find it terrible to charge someone extra for that

Property clean. The person at front desk at night was not very friendly. Vending machines do not take credit or debit card...only coins. Asked for additional water and was denied. I don't think a water bottle would cost so much to deny it, specifically late at night. Not good customer service when compared price of water bottle versus nightly rate in this hotel.

A localização é boa, mesmo para quem está sem carro, pois oferece transporte público que permite conectar ao metrô e daí acessar todos os pontos da cidade em cerca de 1:15h. Vale a pena para quem quer economizar nos preços extorsivos de Toronto.

J'ai apprécié particulièrement la gentillesse du personnel et la propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général. Le stationnement gratuit est aussi un grand avantage de cet hôtel et il est à environ à 30 minutes du centreville de Toronto. J'y retournerai certainement!

This is a nice, clean hotel that was recently renovated. I stay there on business trips, but have also stayed there with my wife when we have been visiting Toronto. Virtually at the corner of the 427 and the QEW highways.

Great stay at Stay Inn! The location is very convenient, right off the 427 and Gardiner. The room was clean, recently renovated, and looked exactly like the photos. The continental breakfast was excellent with eggs, beans, and sausage. I also forgot my comb and was pleasantly surprised they had one available right at the front desk. Overall, a comfortable and easy place to stay—would definitely book again.

Very clean everywhere. Comfortable room. Loved being able to park close to my room. Great access to QEW. Bathroom was excellent too. Thick soft linen! There is dripping shower head that you might like to maintain. Breakfast was tasty and convenient. A bonus! This is not a location where one walks to anything but access to highway, IKEA, Sherway Gardens is ideal.

Bedding was very comfortable Towels were plush and brightly clean. I think every staff member said hello or good morning with smiles. Very pleasant stay. The breakfast was quite tasty and better than expected but there is not enough space to to eat or even get the food. Too many people jockeying in such a small.space for the food. Food ram out. I tried twice to to get more but there wasnt any left either time so I gave up.

Bedding was very comfortable Towels were plush and brightly clean. I think every staff member said hello or good morning with smiles. Very pleasant stay. The breakfast was quite tasty and better than expected but there is not enough space to to eat or even get the food. Too many people jockeying in such a small.space for the food. Food ram out. I tried twice to to get more but there wasnt any left either time so I gave up.

Great stay at Stay Inn! The location is very convenient, right off the 427 and Gardiner. The room was clean, recently renovated, and looked exactly like the photos. The continental breakfast was excellent with eggs, beans, and sausage. I also forgot my comb and was pleasantly surprised they had one available right at the front desk. Overall, a comfortable and easy place to stay—would definitely book again.

Buen desayuno, no era muy variado pero lo que había era rico. Lo malo es que el área para consumir los alimentos era muy pequeña y si no había lugar tenías que salir a una tienda improvisada que estaba en el estacionamiento.

Outdoor dated but inside and rooms are newly redone very nicely. Everything is very modern and clean. The main downside was that for the price, we expected the breakfast to be sufficing but there were little options, essentially no gluten-free options, and no fresh fruit mixes or potatoes etc on the weekends. Plus there was no place to sit in the small dining room; the only option to sit outside under the tent in the parking lot wasn’t very appealing in the heat. The staff was nice and friendly though, beds comfortable, sustainable products, and the location convenient to visit friends.

A hidden gem! Excellent, modern rooms with a boutique feel. Breakfast had plenty of options hot and cold. Great price and location, a short drive from the Kipling subway station.

It was a pleasant surprise, felt more like a boutique hotel. The best pillows I've slept on in a hotel and the mattress was great too. Very spacious rooms with a large modern bathroom. Best of all was free parking and great coffee (unusually good) and a wonderful selection for breakfast. I liked that there were tables and chairs outside as well if you wanted to go outside (with a tent) to get out of the sun or rain. It's always nice to get some fresh air so overall 10/10! Super place to stay, I will be back!

The floor was extremely dirty, and I had to wear my socks and shoes inside the room. My socks were completely black after just 5 minutes. The bathtub was dirty as well, and I found a couple of hairs in it. On the positive side, the breakfast was very good, and the lady taking care of it was constantly replenishing the food. The receptionists were also very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager was rather rude, which was disappointing.

We were initially given rooms on the 2nd floor, but with no lift and very large cases requested a room on the ground. The receptionist was very helpful and found us a nice room.
