Pagué por una habitación triple por hoteles.com y había disponible una doble, menor precio y la cual disfruté. Del hotel todo elogios, servicio, limpieza, desayuno (menú cerrado sin fruta), comodidad.

Hotel tres vieux, pas de petit dejeuner, juste un choix entre une omelette et un maname pas tres attrayant. Voila je ne recommanderais pas cet etablissement malgre un personnel aimable.

"İlk girişte, rezervasyon sisteme düşmediği için resepsiyonda 30 dakika, belki de daha fazla beklettiler. Odanın içerisi temizdi ama oda çok küçüktü; penceresi aydınlığa (havalandırma boşluğuna) bakıyor ve hiçbir şekilde dışarıyı görmüyordu. Oysa site üzerinden rezervasyon yaparken bile görsellerde böyle bir oda yoktu; çok daha ferah ve dışarıyı gören oda fotoğrafları mevcuttu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü, yalnız otel biraz eskiydi." kahvaltısı güzeldi

I spent 4 nights here and I cannot commend Okan enough. He waited up until 3am for me to arrive as the taxi company had messed up and I had a long wait at the airport. The hotel was exceptionally clean and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. They arranged trips and taxis for us and walked us to the road to ensure that we got the right taxi etc. The food was good but it was the friendly and helpfulness of all that really made out stay so memorable. Would happily stay again if ever in Istanbul again.
