The rooms were very clean. The main bar served awesome drinks plus we ate at the bar with the wedding party. The food from the main dining room menu was outstanding. Overall the Geneva National is a beautiful place to visit. I highly recommend you visit this resort you will not be disappointed!

❌UNACCEPTABLE&ILLEGAL: Avoid This Shady Resort At All Costs! DON'T TRUST GENEVA NATIONAL LODGE. They're engaging in predatory, deceptive & COMPLETELY ILLEGAL billing practices.During my stay 10/01/2026, I EXPLICITLY TOLD the front desk staff to their face that my dog is a FULLY TRAINED psychiatric & physical therapy SERVICE ANIMAL. Under the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA), federal law STRICTLY PROHIBITS public lodging facilities from charging pet fees, surcharges, or deposits for documented service animals. They acted like everything was fine, yet before I left, they slapped a BOGUS, ridiculous "PET FEE" on my bill WITHOUT SAYING A WORD TO ME. No warning, no conversation, just a cowardly cash grab as I walked out the door. To look a guest in the eye, pretend to accept their federal civil rights protections, then secretly charge their card, is DISGRACEFUL&UNPROFESSIONAL. It's a BLATANT VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW&basic human decency. They thought they could sneak charge me without getting caught. If you rely on a service animal for a physical or mental disability, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They don't respect the law, they don't respect their guests & their front desk management (specifically Autumn) will smile & SCAM YOU the second your back is turned. I've DEMANDED A FULL REFUND from management& will be escalating this directly to corporate leadership& FILINGA FORMAL ADA DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINT.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are shady &untrustworthy

This is our fourth time staying here, and we keep coming back! The service, restaurants, pool, and location are all fantastic. Everything is perfect, and we always have a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed 3 nights and had to change bed linens and pillows on both beds due to large dirty stains on them the first night. Otherwise was a good stay..

It was a rainy weekend so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor facilities. Our room was beautiful. The only issue we had was with the breakfast we had-it was awful. I recommend going out! They should just have complimentary fruit, cereal and yogurt IMO.
