Travelling is made so much easier with a kitchenette and washing machine, which was our main reason for booking here. Excellent choice as both were more than adequate and included dishwasher, all utensils and crockery, storage, and fridge all discretely built in. Large bathroom though the shower setup in a little side area with spa tub was a little unnecessary, with a clumsy hot cold tap system. Bed configuration and direction is a little strange, facing the window. But spacious, and everything in great condition. Lounge space with smaller tv. Wonderful pool and gym area, and Residents Lounge on floor 19 was a comfortable extra space for a coffee and rest. Staff are excellent. Metres from Raffles Place subway making it easy to get from the airport l, and within 2-4 stops of many Singapore attractions such as Marina Bay, Chinatown, Little India and Middle East. Aimed more at business travellers, and a little more expensive, but definitely great for couples who want more space and amenities, who don’t want to be in a cramped hotel room. We really liked it.

This property is amazing. The quality of the amenities in the room is excellent. Best shower pressure I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. Linens on bed are soft and very high quality. Infinity pool is an excellent place to hang out. Close to everything in Singapore.

Das Hotel ist alt und der Schwimmab Raum ist vergammelt, ungeplegt.Am Abend der Ankunft, musste die Koffer selbst die hohen Treppen schlepen, absolut kein Service, 3 Stunden benoetigt fuer den Safe funktion bereit war!. Der bezahlten Preis entspricht nich die Erwartungen von einem 5 Sterne Haus!!!

Loved the size of the room and very comfortable beds. Was disappointed about the maintenance of the room. For example, the walls and furniture looked old and dirty. Our outside terrace was gross, dirty and old, definitely not maintained at all. Customer service was below avg with the exception of Kumar who was very good and helped with the laundry machine and outlet panel which fell off the wall.

My wife stayed at the 7th floor. She could definitely smell pee (human or pet) once she stepped out of the elevator. There were some stains on the sheets as well.

We were able to access our room early. Very pleasant staff. Easy check in and out. Perfect room with kitchen and washer/dryer. Location was walking distance to all the sites and MRT line across the street.

The hotel was in walking distance to Marina Bay Sands. Great location. Room was clean and staff were friendly. The TV was a little out of date. They didn’t have Netflix and the like on the main bigger tv but only on the little one, so making it a little harder to watch tv in bed. Overall nice hotel and great location.

The only issue i could find with the room and its not really a major ticket item, there was a tile under the bath either broken or just pushed in leaving a gap. Outside of that, we were coming off a back to back 7 and a half hour flights and the minute i hit the pillow i was asleep, so that was a huge plus. The staff were very helpful and the check in proceedure was very smooth.

This was a great hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The room was huge and equipped with cooking and laundry facilities. I haven't given it a perfect score because I found the decor rather dreary and the space not very well laid out.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic location that is easily walkable to transport, restaurants, shopping and the harbour. Kitchen and laundry facilities in the studio apartment. It feels very special to stay in this lovely heritage building surrounded now by modern highrises but still maintaining views out to the bay and the harbour.

Front desk service is excellent. They are very helpful and able to address any issues encountered promptly. The vicinity of the property is excellent as it is at the center of the financial district. Raffles Place MRT station is just beside the hotel, which connects you to multiple buildings and restaurants via underground passageways.

The staff was very helpful, in particular, a woman who took charge of retrieving my lost baggage. When I told her that the airline had lost/misplaced my baggage, she took complete charge, contacting the airline several times. And I had my bag the following morning. I apologize for not getting her name so I could recognize her personally.

The hotel is in walking distance to several MRT stations as well as Lau Pa Sat. It has everything you need, the rooms are quite spacious and the staff is excellent. Highly recommended.

The staff were very polite and I was able to have a wonderful trip. They also kept my luggage before and after check-in, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing without having to carry anything. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance of the Merlion and Marina Bay Sands.

A lovely property in an excellent location. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Marina bay Sands shops, as well as to the Merlion, Clarks Quay and china town. It is only a 5 minute walk to the blue and red MRT lines. The staff and facilities were wonderful. The staff was very helpful. We will stay here again when we return to Singapore.

Excellent choice for both financial district and Marina Bay within easy walking distance. Rooms are spacious (for the price, compared with staying in Orchard area) and had a washer-dryer which is great for longer stays. Trains station entrance just outside hotel (covered walkway) with direct train to Orchard and Bugis. Nice food nearby at Lau Pa Sat, Marina Link Mall and Basement at Hong Leong. Overall convenient location.

Loved staying here. Large room. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Easy walking to the Gardens by the Bay & the Marina Sands Hotel complex. Hop on hop off bus stop just scrip the road.

We only stayed for one night. We booked the base grade room but were given an upgrade. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including universal power points. The breakfast was great too. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Altho my arrival was nice at this lovely property with friendly staff , sadly upper management had failed to provide Any info about open grocery stores or restaurants to lobby staff . I was directed to a grocery store that was closed as were all restaurants . While most of Singapore food sources were closed for days, there must have been a few stores that were open somewhere . The Absence of food services except for 7-11 & a dirty swamped hawker stand for 5 days is definitely a giant negative to me .

The hotel is in excellent condition and the room is clean, and well-maintained with lots of amenities. There are plenty of dining options around. There are also plenty of local shops. The Merlion park and Marina Bay are just 5 minutes walk. The area is safe and transportation is accessible. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is more suited for business travelers, couples and families. The MRT tram/train and bus station is just 3-5 minutes walk.

素晴らしいホテルでした。朝到着したので、荷物だけ預かってもらうつもりでしたが、10時過ぎに部屋を使わせてくれました。おかげで、夜のフライトで寝れなかった子がゆっくり滞在でしました。朝食のサービスもよく、フロントもとても気持ちのよう対応をしてくれます。また部屋がものすごく広いので、快適に過ごせます。このホテルに泊まるためにまたシンガポールにくることにします！立地も、観光によく使うダウンタウン駅から徒歩5分、空港からの地下鉄ラッフルズプレイス駅から2分、コンビニも駅中、駅前にあり最高に便利でした。マーライオンまで朝お散歩できる距離です。

夫婦2人で滞在しましたが、家と同じようにキッチン、大きな冷蔵庫(冷凍庫も)洗濯機、バスタブもあって快適でした。ファミリーには最適だと思います。ラオパサも近いので良かったです。次もここに泊まりたいと思います。
