The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The facilities are great with an excellent (and surprisingly big) garden. The volcanic tunnel on the property is huge and worth the visit by itself.

A magical place with wonderful staff, beautifully-designed rooms, and great food. A true oasis in today's hectic world. The pictures do not do justice to the place; it was behind my expectations.
