Holiday Inn Resort Phuket, an IHG Hotel

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket was an amazing experience from start to finish! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices every morning, the location was perfect, and the swimming pools were beautiful and very relaxing. The kids especially loved the FunLab Digital Hub with the 4D movies and ball pit, it made the holiday extra special for our family. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommended for families visiting Phuket!

Great hotel, the food from the in room dining was excellent we ordered it everyday. Our kids enjoyed the fun lab it's a good place for them to kill an hour where there's AC at the hottest part of the day. All staff friendly and helpful, room was a good size and clean. Hotel location is great right next to the beach.

Hotel is the original Holiday inn in Phuket, rooms at a little tired but otherwise functional, however the bathroom had a funny smell the entire time, however the many issue is that all of the pictures etc., show a pool you do not have access to unless you purchase a premium room. This is not clearly specified! Within the small print it states that certain rooms have a number of pools but there is one poorly taken shot of the main pool with the remainder of the shots being of the pools available only to premium rooms. Also the in hotel shop sold us a faulty bag and then refused to refund. All in all, there are nicer hotels in Phuket for the money, I feel.
